Liams POV  The whole next day I wait in vain for Louise. She left last night and hasn't returned since. I lie in bed and wait hour after hour without being able to get any sleep or rest. I'm no longer tied up but she locked the door behind her. It pains me a little to know that she still doesn't trust me, but if the door had been unlocked I probably would have disappeared. Because now I have something against the king and can testify in court against him and his violent deeds. I don't have any evidence, but I could call on Louise as a witness.   Now would be the best time to get out of here, because Darion thinks I am hanging out there defenseless and in the spotlight of everyone.
