Dead

I cowered in the corner as I heard footsteps get closer and closer. A dark familiar shadow loomed over me as cold drafts attacked my bare skin. In attempt to make myself a smaller target, I pulled my knees so close to my chest I could barely breath. My closed eyes ached to be open but fear dragged me into darkness. Slowly, realisation crept in and I relaxed. It was my time. Gradually, I relaxed my scrunched up face and began to breath again. I plucked up every single piece of courage that still remained and I stood up, on my own two feet, and looked at him. I looked at him in his cold black eyes. "Kill me then! Prove it you f*****g psycho!"
