The sun has yet to even rise above the moon at the time I am up and out of bed. I don’t even know if Eli came to bed. I walk down the hall, letting the last few hours run through my brain.
After we got back from Jase’s pack, we began setting preparations in order. Anyone who is too old, young, or injured to fight were sent to safe rooms beneath the pack house while the rest of us met in groups to make our plan.
