I slept on my way back to the building I was hidden in. The drive to the building was painfully slow. My body kept aching, my feet were killing me, but I was too exhausted to pay heed to my pain and my eyes closed to welcome the sleep that so badly wanted to embrace me. I don't remember when we reached the building. I only opened my eyes when he was walking me upstairs, with me in his arms.
