EPISODE THIRTEEN.

Ann was left confused on what was going on with Leo's family she hadn't received any call form Leo since that evening and she had was very worried about Leo but she hoped he was safe and sound. Ann was at the company when Benjamin came and asked her to come with her to dinner. Ann was not okay with it so she proposed they should go for lunch and complained that at night she would work overtime. Benjamin agreed to the offer and he told her that they should start moving because on seven minutes were remaining for lunch. Ann agreed and they went.

Ann want on lunch with that guy only to thank him for investing in their company and she didn't want anything to do with him.They went to a nice restaurant and had their meal. Benjamin was naturally a talker and he kept asking many questions about high school and telling Ann who ever boy admired her beauty but Ann told him that they only admired her wealth not her. As they were there chatting and jazzing, Leo happened to be caught by traffic lights and as he was looked around he was surprised to see his woman happily laughing with another man. Leo didn't want to disturb her peace and he countinued his journey. After the meal was done, Ann thanked Benjamin for the nice meal and said good bye.

Leo was going to the airport to pick his long lost friend Max. He had been in Canada for all this time. He came in wearing shorts and looked more changed than a man Leo once knew. they went in car and jazzed on the journey. Leo took him directly to his house and after he went back home. At the company Leo was much more by what he saw. Could Ann be cheating on him already? the questions lingered on his thoughts.

Later in the evening, Leo invited Ann for an evening dinner. Leo took Ann to a local restaurant and they happened to meet Ann's co-workers at F-group she was overjoyed and she sat with them at the same table. Leo was not happy about that but he pretended and also sat with them. They had ruined his dinner date. Ann drank a lot of alcohol and got herself drank. Leo took responsibility and took Ann home. It was late and there were no cabs. They had come without a car. Though the bar was not far from Ann's home but they had to walk.

Ann was talking all no sense she told Leo to let go off her hand. Leo let go, she lost control of her body and accidentally fell on the ground. Leo's eyes had seen something. It was the neck birth mark from the other night. So Ann was the girl he had slept with the other night at the club? Is she a s*x worker? That's probably her part time job. Thoughts came in Leo's minds. She had tricked him. She was after Leo's money. That was Leo's belief.

Leo has some humanity though it was not in his characters back then. Ann was the woman he loved and he couldn't leave her on streets but during the days back then , he would have left her behind. Leo was indeed a changed man but he had got the worst news ever in his life. He was more shocked. He lifted her from the ground and took her straight home. She entered and Leo didn't even look back left without hesitation. At home, Leo felt more heartbroken and angry. Ann had been using him all that time. He got some bottle of wine and drank to maybe easy his pain. He drank a full bottle but he found himself crying.

In the morning, Leo was awaken by a knock on his room. He had slept on his study table with the battle in his hands. " Come in " He said yawning. It was Lucia his maid. She only came to tell him that breakfast was ready and that Han was waiting for him downstairs."Let me get myself ready and l will come. " He said and Lucia went.
