BEFORE YOU

EPISODE TWELVE.

Well Ann is back at Maye company. She was more missed by her friends and they welcome her warmly. Ann had no much work to do in the afternoon so she went to the rooftop for some fresh air. She took a drink with her at the rooftop she met there a man who was an employee at the company he seemed to her but she was not sure if he was an employee or not. He seemed like he wanted to throw himself down, he was on the roof age and he stood gazing the height beneath his feet. He looked completely lost and tried. Ann was confused on what to do. she put her bottle of water down and moved closer to the man. She moved quietly and she didn't want him to hear anything and when she was close, she pulled hard his hand and they rowed up and down until they settled on the man's back. They stood there gazing at themselves.

" What do you think you were doing. So you want someone to live tormented for not saving your life , someone out there."Ann said panting."I was just getting some fresh air and l don't know what you think l was doing. Anyways my name is Benjamin soithland after all these years you got more beautiful." He said smirking.Ohh the Benjamin that Ann met at the celebration for the news that Mrs Maye was pregnant."l studied with him but the guy changed a lot and he looks more responsible more than a play boy but why was he here"Ann asked himself. " You are asking yourself why am here. Well l am one of the investors in this company and l have shares in it. l have been abroad and l missed you so l came to see you."He said again in a teasing tone.

Benjamin was the investor that Ann was supposed to meet in an hour time and had him sign a contract with them so since they had met then they should discuss the contract. Benjamin refused and said he wanted them to talk about old times during school. Benjamin had completed his college from abroad so as to improve his grades and then he was curious if his friends finished college.They chatted for some good time and soon they went for the contract meeting and so soon they had their contract signed. Benjamin told Ann that he was going to meet his brothers and their mothers and after he left and drove his car straight.

In the evening Ann was very eager to see her boyfriend. Leo happened to call first and he asked her how the day was. She approved him that it was fine. Ann asked if Leo missed him and he said he was on his journey to come see her.Leo was in a nearby pack and soon enough Ann arrived in the pack. They jazzed a while but before long Leo received a call to come home immediately. He told Ann that he was needed home with immediate effect so he departed. Ann went back home disappointed and very curious about what happened at Leo's home.

At home Leo arrived. He was welcomed by harsh words " Hello good for nothing son " someone he didn't know told him. He asked his father who that man was but his father was already out of words and sat there facing the ground like a looser. "l am your elder brother Benjamin. Son to that old man's first wife." the stranger said ruthlessly. Leo looked confused and he shouted back at the stranger and told him to watch his mouth or he would rather go back home with one lip of his mouth. Benjamin told him that he came to claim what was rightfully his and that he would no leave the city without it. After saying all that he turned and left. He was the same Benjamin that Ann met that afternoon.

Leo sat on the sofa more confused how could his dad hide their brother for all this long. His father only complained that he met Benjamin's mother by accident and he didn't know that he had left the woman pregnant until Benjamin walked in few hours ago and gave him a jade pendant that James soithland, Leo's father, left behind after the one night stand. Benjamin probably wanted the company for himself and he was ready to do all that it takes to get to it.
