I was in a motel that was nearby. The musty smell penetrated our clothing and noses making the headache that I already had, ache more and more. I groaned as I checked my empty messages for the three hundredth time since I've arrived. I started fiddling with my cardigan's sleeve causing one of the delicate thread to come undone.  I felt a gentle hand bring me back to my anxiety mess as Damon held my fiddling commotion.
