The beginning
My name is David aka junior I am the oldest of two younger sisters Ashley and Roslyn. we lived with both our mother angella and our father David Sr. well lets start my saying my dad wasn't really around much nor was he there when I was born probably off drinking with his brother ignacio. My dad was one of five kids A brother named ignacio, A brother named Tony, and a brother named Michael, he said a sister named Francis, and a sister named Terry. My dad was raised by both his parents Ignacio Sr and his mother delphina, My grandma del as we called her was not your average kind, sweet, loving grandmother she was a lady with a attitude. straight blunt no emotion and she wasn't afraid to say how she felt. she was old school who had a different outlook on life and how kids should be raised. we as kids ending up hating spending time with her she was always so straight forward about what she didn't like about our parents and how we were being raised. she enjoyed sitting in her house with blue carpet which was my favorite thing and loved playing cars on it. I never had anyone who had blue carpet. I was always laying on her blue carpet camping out and just being a kid. my parents would have to drag me off it as I always put up a fight. Eventually they just gave up and let me have my blue carpet. I hated going to church with her it was embarrassing because we would sit in the parking lot and she would have us kids use a black sharpie to color her grey hairs before we went into church.. I know what you're thinking wah the heck. yes imagine how we felt reaching over coloring strand by strand. The grandkids already know what to expect on Sundays so eventually all of us didn't go visit her on Sundays unless our parents forced us well at least my dad. my dads dad died while we were young my sisters meet him a few times I was the one who seen him more. my grandpa Ignacio was old school and was in the war so he was a strict one and we all were kinda scared of him. His time eventually came for him to move on to a better place. Me my 2 sisters my mom and dad all lived in a house on Blackstone and Princeton in the ghetto Fresno. my sisters both shared a room and they hated it. they were prolly ready to hang each other cat fight. my mom and dad shared a room when they weren't fighting or arguing which they spent most of there time doing that. Our house was beige with dark brown trim as you walked into the kitchen it had a door that led down a flight of stairs into a cold empty room which had a window on the right side a door straight ahead and another window and door to he left . that was were my room was a nice privately little room with my own closet and yay freedom. I had my own window that when I looked out I saw the backyard facing the alley with its broken gate that separated the yard from they alley. I spent a lot of time in my room as everybody dreams of having his own room. I loved looking out of the window during rain it was fresh wet and cold just how I liked it. while it seemed like the perect life I then began to see my dads split personality as he became someone i didnt reonize. during our stay in this house my moms sister came from Arizona and ended up staying with us. my Tia raeanna was by far the best Tia ever my favorite aunt but she had a dark secret that made people t tohink bad things. she has a drug problem that caused her to make many mistakes in life and made people keep her at a distance. My mom and her sister went through a point were they hated each other on and off like clock work. My moms mom is named Esther but all the grandkids call her ducky its something that all the grandkids use and as well as my mom and the family my grandpa salvador and my grandma have been together for 45 years or longer. they were together when my mom and her sisters were babies. my grandma and Grandpa have always been around us my grandma was in the delivery room because my father wasn't. Our grandparents were very special to me, my cousin Ray, Joe, Isaac, Roslyn, Ashley, lil rey, amiyah, Elijah, lorah, melony and the many others. we were all so loved we used to count on our grandparents to make us smile and of course to make us sad. we even counted on hem to spoil us even wen we were in trouble we just called duckie and dodo to save the day. the boys use to always go everywhere with my grandpa o the store , to eat, to pickup our grandpa from work. my grandpa has always been working in the law enforcement workforce and security. (A Mall Cop or a Rent a cop we use to call him) my grandma worked at Payless shoe source for 30 years or so and she hated the people customers anf fellow workers sometimes. The grandkids already knew her schedule and we always went with our grandpa to wai at her job to pick her up. we already had a routine of when we go what time were going and were we going after. my grandpa used to actually work at Manchester mall as a security guard on and off. we were already known as the kiddos. everyone knows who we were and who we were there to pick up. we used to help throw throw the trash after for her and we loved every second. we were so spoiled every bday or school function we could always count on our grandparents to make us feel so special to make us feel like we did a great job nothing was to small to be celebrated. soccer games awards assembly's first job first car doesn't matter what it was they record it. we boys used to always count on our grandpa to piss us off at time and he was good at that. we used to do lil things to make him mad kuz he would get as we sid 'butt hurt' we deserved all the playfully hits tackles. ties the pushes and shoves he gave us. we used to take his baton and hi him then run away. haha we know we better run for our lives kuz his ass chased us like no other then wen he would catch us we would say our favorite words' iam gunna tell ducky" and of course she would save us hahah that's why he started it. my sisters were closer to my dad growing us as all girls are. me and my dad didn't really have a father and son relationship that father and sons usually do.
