DINNER

EVANS'S POV

I was going downstairs to meet Carter's new friend who is our Model too. When I smelled my Mate's scent. She is here!! I need to find her! At this moment I am practically skipping some stairs but I don't care. I have to find my Mate.

When I walked into the livingroom I heard laughters. There she was laughing and talking with my mom and brother. They were chatting and laughing. Her laughter is like melody to my ears. I can hear her laughters all my life. I couldn't see her face because her back was facing me. But I know she is beautiful. I feel it!

I was going to walk to her when suddenly a man came running and hugged MY MATE?! He was squeezing her. Me and my wolf both wanted to rip his hands from his body. Even before I can realize what's happening he was on the floor groaning in pain. My wolf got control over me and shoved him off of my mate.

Jake : Stay away from her!!!

But before Jake could kill him I took control back and just glared at him. I can feel gazes on me but one stood out more. My Mate she was staring at me. My mom and brother both were looking confused at me. Reality hit me I just shoved someone and now my mate will think I am some crazy man.

CRYSTAL'S POV

It's been a week since I came here. Since I started working with Carter. He is nice. He is a werewolf too. I met him during the shoot. He is a very good photographer. After talking and working with him we became friends. He has a mate too. She also works with him but I couldn't meet her yet since she is on a business trip. After our first session he invited me to lunch I agreed.

Carter : So what would you like to eat?

Crystal : I'll have whatever you are having. Since I know you know what I likes and is healthy too.

After ordering we waited and talked. While we were talking.

Crystal : Hey Cat where can I get authentic French cuisine? I would love to eat some traditional dishes.

Carter : I know a very good cook who makes the most delicious food in the entire world.

Crystal : That cook must be good. So tell me in which restaurant I can find him. I would like to have my dinner there.

Carter : She doesn't work for any restaurant but cooks only at home. You will have to go to her house. I will send you the address. And I will meet you there.

Crystal : Cool! Since you're treating me dinner. It's good I will be there. Send me time and address.

After eating our lunch I came back to my hotel room. My manager was gone to pick some dresses for me since I couldn't go to someone's house naked. I still have sometime left so I checked on my pack. I contacted Maya.

After making sure everything is Perfect. I called my Manager. He was going with me since I couldn't just leave him here. Or else I would get stomach aches because of his badmouthing.

When I got there I came to know that we are in a pack territory. That must be someone from his pack.

When I got out of my care Carter was waiting for me. He wasn't alone a lady was also there. Now that I am looking at them both they look kinda similar.

Carter : You are finally here!!

Crystal: What do you mean? Am I late? I thought I am on time.

I told him thinking that I am late. But he just chuckled.

Lady : Stop teasing her Carter!! You are not late dear. He is just messing with you. By the way I am Melissa Martin. But you can call me Mel. She smiled and greeted me.

Crystal : I am Crystal. Nice to meet you Mel. I love your collection and designs.

Carter : Crystal meet my mom. I wanted to surprise you but you just ruined it.

Mel and I laughed and walked inside. I was sitting in livingroom talking with Mel and Carter.

Crystal: You are very bad at keeping secret's you know! You literally texted me your address telling me you will be waiting in your house. Like really Cat!!

Mel and I laughed at his stupidity. When I was laughing I smelled that scent again. Which was in the forest when I went on a run that day. It was coming from behind me. I was going to turn when my Manager hugged me saying that he saw a very big animal outside the window while parking. I was going to tell him leave me but before I can even breath he was off me. Someone just pushed him off of me. He was now groaning on the floor.

??? : Stay away from her!

I looked up coming face to someone's back. There he was standing in front of me glaring at my Manager. Carter and Mel was looking confused at him.

Before I can question him. Black said one word that made me stop breathing.

BLACK : MATE!!

What??? I don't know what was going on? I have a second Mate??!!
