Rain

Hello, my name is Dianna, I'm 23 and I was born in a place where it only rains. See, when I was 5 years old, I asked my mother "does it ever stop raining mama?" my mother replied, "no, it does not." she told me that there was never a time that it didn't rain and she didn't think that there was anywhere in the world that it didn't rain. I was such a curious kid back then, a few years go by and I have questions for my mother. At this point in time I was 13 and wanted to know more. I wanted to know things such as, where the rain came from, why did the sun never shine, ect. And if they were answered, it's was always, "I don't know" or, "We will talk about it when you are older". No one ever answered my questions, so at 20 years old I decided to set off on foot to go on an adventure to find a place where rain wasn't a thing. My only problem was, who was gonna come with me? Of course my little brother Dim (who was only 12 at the time) wanted to come with. I didn't know if it was a good idea to bring him or not, so I brought him and my dog Lione. We also had my best friend Ida come with us. We went to store's to get all the food and supplies we needed to set off on foot. We were all excited and we were all ready to set off on our expedition. So, we did, although I wasn't sure exactly where to start looking for a place with no rain. We started by walking into the woods behind the house that me and my brother were living in. I looked at Ida and my young brother Dim, and we set off on foot into the thick trees that guarded the entrance to the forest.
