Chapter Twenty Jungkook went to Seokjin's home straight from work. He called him awhile ago and the older told him that Namjoon just left. The younger just hope that Seokjin is feeling better now. It really did affect him too, all he could think about all day is how Seokjin looks so hurt. "You going somewhere?" Jungkook immediately asked the older as he took a sit in their living room eyeing Seokjin from head to toe. Jimin told him that the older doesn't have to work at the café today. "Im picking up Sora." Seokjin answered. Right. Jimin and Yoongi took Sora in their home which made Seokjin ten times worst. He cant blame the couple though. They just probably doesn't want the little girl to see her mother crying all night long, it will affect her. "I'll drive you there." Jungkook stood up. Seokjin didn't protest already. He doesn't have a car and he needs to take a cab. He already missed his daughter so much and everything that will make him see her as soon as possible will be accepted by him. "Thanks." He whispered. It didn't take an hour for them to arrive in the couple's home. Jimin opened the door with a faint smile on his face. He's not happy with what happened but he just cant vent all his frustration out on his older friend. Damn! Seokjin is fine with it so he should do the same and act cool with it- but no, Jimin is not like that. He's angry, frustrated and so so irritated. He strongly believes that his precious hyung doesn't deserve to beg someone like Taehyung, who did nothing but to hurt him. Seokjin closed the door behind him while both Jungkook and Jimin walked towards the living room where a familiar Disney movie is playing. "Uncle Kookie!" Sora exclaimed. Seokjin shook his head a little as he heard his daughter's excited voice upon seeing his Uncle Kookie that she wanted to see so much. He also walked in to the living room and saw Sora already sitting on Jungkook's lap with a smile plastered on her face while her eyes are fixed on the tv screen. Seokjin cleared his throat and Sora gasped as she saw his beautiful mother standing not too far away from him. "Mama!" She screamed excitedly as she ran towards her mother asking to be carried by him, "Missed you, Mama." She adorably said while kissing her mother's cheeks. Seokjin kissed his daughter's temples, forehead, cheeks and the tip of her nose that made the little girl giggled in every kisses. The older didn't got contented as he hugged the little girl thighter inhaling her fresh scent shutting his eyes closed, regretting what he did last night. Seokjin put Sora down already and of course the little girl wasted no time, she went back on her Uncle Kookie's lap and sat there comfortably while her head is resting on his chest. The sight made Seokjin smiled too, it's sweet. Jimin went to his room first and Seokjin immediately followed his friend. He wants to talk to him too. Maybe apologize? He doesn't why he needs to do that but it just feels like it since he's bothering both Yoongi and Jimin a lot because of his immaturity. "Jimin..." The younger looked at his friend with his eyebrows raised encouraging him to speak. Seokjin bit his lower lip. He doesn't really know what to say but he feels like, he should atleast explain to him what happened. He doesn't want to leave Jimin clueless especially that he has a big part in both his and Sora's life. "Im sorry for bothering you and Yoongi." Seokjin managed to say in a small voice. Jimin rolled his eyes not because Seokjin is really a bother to him but he expected something more from Seokjin, not just him apologizing. He doesn't even need to apologize to them in the first place! "Hyung, you know very well that you are not a bother." That's the truth. Seokjin helped both Yoongi and Jimin too. They helped them more than what they need that's why they were so thankful to have him as their friend the reason as to why, they are also overprotective of him. "I just hope that you learned your lesson, hyung." Jimin mumbled. Seokjin lowered his head and start fidgeting with his fingers. Jimin is always good with words and when he says something, it is always right. Like that one time in their first year if college, Jimin said that Taehyung looks like an irresponsible bastard, that ended up true. "We still," Seokjin contemplated if he should finish his sentence, "We're still not sure about that though. Taehyung didn't answer me." He said. Jimin mentally facepalmed hearing what his older friend has said. Oh! Goodness. Why is Kim Seokjin so martyr? "Isnt it obvious? The reason why he cant answer you is because it's true!" Jimin exclaimed. The possibility of it being a lie is still in Seokjin's system. He's still hoping that what happened last night is just a misunderstanding. Besides, he didn't get the chance to talk about it with Taehyung properly. "He's not in the mood, Chim. He's exhausted and.. and.." Seokjin stops, "and im getting on his nerves." He whispered. Jimin only raised his brows. He's getting frustrated even more upon hearing Seokjin's own excuses for what Taehyung did. Did he even see how he looks like while begging for Taehyung to stay? Isn't that enough for him to end whatever he has with Taehyung? Well! Jimin doesn't even think that Taehyung wants to give labels especially the serious ones. "Who even told you about that kissing thing, hyung?" Jimin asked in a very serious tone. Seokjin tilted his head to the right squinting his eyes while looking straight at his younger friend, "Jungkook..." Jimin shrugs his shoulder gasping. "Exactly!" Jimin wished that he has some powers to make Seokjin understand everything. That's when Jimin thanked that he's not as kind as his older friend. He has a good heart but he always knows his limitation. As for Seokjin, he is so so kind. He's that typical kind person that always believes that people do bad things to you unintentionally and you should understand it. The reason as to why many people are not even scared of him, not caring if he'll get disappointed and doesn't care if he'll get hurt. All because they know that he is too kind and whatever they do to him, it will all be fine because Kim Seokjin always forgives. "I know that Jungkook is too whipped for you but hyung!" he's getting frustrated as he pulled his hair up trying to make a point, "Im very sure that he will not lie about those things to you!" Jimin said. Seokjin knows that. He knows that Jungkook wont lie to him like that. The problem is him, he doesn't want to believe it because he's too afraid of having to let go of the father of his child. Sora needs Taehyung- he needs Taehyung. "Maybe he's too drunk, Chim." Seokjin said more like to himself. He will say even the very lame excuse just to make himself believe that Taehyung's infidelity is not true even if it means pretending that he's okay even though he's already broken inside, so broken that no one could ever fix it. Then again, this isfor his family. ♥️ Message for Seokjin?
