Luca opened the door of the apartment and let her in. Mila was shaking while thinking about what happened and what else was about to happen.
She turned around to face him when they got to the living room area.
"Why did you do that?"
He placed the room card in his pocket and looked at her with a smirk on his face.
"Do I have to remember you?"
Mila felt the heat rushing to her cheeks and rage took her over.
"You had no right to do that. Not without even telling me first."
Luca tilted his head, not taking his gaze from her.
"Mila, I warned you."
She raised her head and spoke without thinking about the consequences.
"I would rather be dead than married to you."
And she really meant and felt that. He turned her life into hell from the first moment she met him.
"You are a devil."
