Mila fell asleep on the sofa near the fireplace in the living room as soon as Luca went out to buy some things at the supermarket. The sofa was too cozy and the fire crackling had a calming effect on her, so she fell asleep without even noticing.
Luca went out after they drank the tea. He wanted to get some stuff for dinner and he also wanted to leave her alone a bit. He saw she needed some time alone. He also needed it. All of this wasn't going according to his plan, actually it was, but he was starting to feel something he shouldn't from the first moment he saw her.
He sighed heavily and, after thinking and rethinking many times, he decided to enjoy her company tonight. He is going to think about his problems when he comes back home.
