Chapter 19 When I reached out for my phone to check the time, after I woke up, I saw eight missed calls. Five from Detective Fanny. Three from numbers I didn't recognize. And a text from Lyke. "I'm sorry. I'll explain everything when I get home. I love you." Why would he text me so early? What was going on? It wasn't long until I found out why.
