15 Chapter fifteen; ???? Twenty thousand dolars.. She said without giving it a thought. Mr. Wayne didn't speak for a second so she went ahead and made herself clear. "Twenty thousand dollars is my price; Dennis didn't expect her to return, in fact, he concluded that she was a good innocent girl, so it was a little relief that she turned down his ofter, because he preterred to stay far away from inexperienced women. But returning to ask for twenty thousand dollars might overrule all his previous conclusions about her. So what exactly is she? She looked like an angel though was obviously hard headed. She seemed too innocent to even consider his offer. But twenty thousand dollars for a girl he thought wouldn't know what to do with a ten thousand dollar cash. A girl who he wasn't sure could handle him and all his heat. "My offer has long expired, he said as he watched her face fall. Her disappointment wasn't in any way shielded. "Please.. Her soft tone rang in his ear, but that was the more reason he would hold onto his woods. "Offer is closed, he repeated, concluding she seemed a little too desperate. He couldn't read minds, but she obviously thought the amount she called was too much because she had lowered the amount. "Ten thousand?" He saw vulnerability and a mix of innocence in her eyes and would have been more reason he would have made it clear to her that he doesn't go back to his words, but no, he did otherwise. He opened his door wider, inviting her to come in without saying a word. She stepped in, he then shut the door before grabbing her arms almost aggressively, leading her to the bed and asking her to sit. She immediately did, he wasn't sure if that was due to fear or just her desperation to hear a yes from him. He grabbed one of his dinner chairs, turning it to face the bed and slightly moving it close. He sat as his gaze now focused on her "What is it that am paying for?" He asked in a calm enquiring tone. She was silent, he noticed she looked everywhere but his face. She looked nervous, her hands fidgeting. Did he make her this scared or does this have to do with the money? Was she indebted to a bad person? He had to admit this woman had him a little worried for her. "Are you indebted? He asked as he still watched her face. "No, she responded. The answer gave him a little relief, he just watched her sitting on his bed as his mind wondered what it would feel like bending her over on the bed. "So what is it?" He enquired more. Dennis wasn't the type that would have given a fuck what she was to do with the money, but for someone who had rejected his offer the day before, but returned the next day all desperate, he needed to know. " I need... Need to give.. That was as much as her voice could go, she had stopped her response halfway, but Dennis had completed it for her. "Give it to someone?"
