The first thing Carl did when he arrived in the office on Tuesday morning was check the Discreet City Escorts website. He wanted to see if Hendri had decommissioned it overnight as he had promised. He opened his email and clicked on the link to the site that Harry had sent him. His browser opened a page with a message advising that the site was experiencing technical difficulties and that service would resume as soon as possible.
Satisfied that Hendri had followed through on his promise, Carl joined the team in the Incident Room, where Harry was reading the witness statements collected by Uniform from the residents that lived in the vicinity of Hendri Accounting Services.
