The team stood around the whiteboard displaying their thoughts and findings on the Walker case.
‘How did you go at Morton Sands, Lisa?’ asked Carl.
‘Daniels went to the post office around four-fifteen to collect his mail,’ said Lisa.
‘I wonder why he doesn’t go earlier in the day,’ said Wayne.
‘Maybe he does his paperwork last thing,’ said Harry.
Carl shrugged his shoulders. ‘What did you find out, Nigel?’
‘Looks like the bakery has two vehicles. A Mitsubishi van and a Kia sedan. Both white, with Hot Sands Bakery signage on them.’
‘No sign of any other vehicles?’
‘Not that I could see. I guess it’s possible they have a private car.’
‘Run a check with Registrations. If they don’t, and if Daniels is our killer, someone might have seen a Hot Sands vehicle around Carrick.’
