- Noah's POV -
Following my father into Fay's apartment building, my c**k awakens just thinking about seeing her again, and I know the same goes for my father. She's a hard one to forget about, that's for sure. As usual, people gawk at us as we walk through the lobby, taking in the intimidating darkness that's always surrounded my father and me. Walking into the elevator, he presses the button for her floor, flicking his gaze to mine with a devious smirk curled on his lips.
"What are we doing here? You know she's not going to let us in."
"Who said anything about her letting us in? You wanted to see her, right?"
"Obviously, dad." - I smirk
"Then shut the f*ck up and go see your girl."
My girl... I like the sound of that, but too bad she isn't mine, yet.
Stepping off the elevator, my stomach tightens in anticipation and with each step that brings us closer to her door, my c**k grows even harder. Just our luck, her best friend walks out of their apartment, walking the other way so she doesn't see us. With my hand on the doorknob, I twist slowly, grinning at my father.
"What, did you forget something already?" we hear her voice as we push the door open, silently stepping inside where we know we're not f*cking wanted, but we've never been the ones to follow the rules. I let the door slam behind me, causing her to run from down the hall with and angry look on her face, when she sees me and my father in her living room.
"What are you two doing here?" only in her bra and underwear, she quickly covers herself with her hands the best she can, but we've already got the image burned into our brains.
"Put those claws away, Kitty. We're not going to bite."
- Jax's POV -
Standing in Fay's apartment, I take a look around, ignoring the death glare she's flashing at me and Noah, but that's nothing new.
"What the f*ck are you two doing here?" she sneers, backing up toward the hall, trying to get away from our hungry gaze as we rake our eyes over her half-naked body.
"I don't know who you're f*cking talking to like that, Fay, but watch your mouth. We just came by to see how you were doing." she scoffs, snatching her robe off the bathroom door as she stands a safe distance away from us, covering her gorgeous f*cking body.
"That's a lie, and we all know it, Jax."
"Oh, little one, the things I'd do to that mouth if you were mine." her jaw drops, and she rolls her eyes in disgust, but Noah and I stalk toward her, making sure our grins never falter. Looking at Noah, he looks as if he wants to pounce on her ass, but he holds his restraint like a good boy, even though I know it's killing him inside. For the entire time Leah and I were married, he wanted something to happen with him and Fay, but being stepbrother and stepsister, he knew she'd never go for it.
"I have to get ready for mom's party, so you two need to leave."
"Nice try, little one. You can't get rid of us that easily."
"F*ck you and leave me alone, Jax. You too, Noah." Noah rusher towards her, catching her off guard as his hand wraps around her throat, slamming her back against the bedroom door.
"F*ck me? - he says - Sure, when?" he presses his body against hers, making her cheeks flush pink from the close proximity, and I can't help, but get turned on watching their encounter. "Be a nice Little Kitten, and watch that mouth, or I really will take you into that room and f*ck you senseless." she swallows hard, flicking her gaze at me, but all I do is smirk, letting her know I'm f*cking here for it all, including her. As he goes to move his mouth towards hers, I know I have to stop him, this isn't the right time for this, but I'll be coming soon enough.
"Let go of her, Noah."
"Fine, but this isn't over, Kitten."
"This is the only beginning, Little One, and you're about to find that our the hard way." she rubs her neck when he lets go, her fingertips gliding over the red marks from his tight grasp.
"See, that's where you're wrong, both of you. This is over, and it was over the day, my mother signed the divorce papers." she makes it into her room and slams the door, the sound of the lock clicking echoing in my ears as Noah and I retreat back down the hall.
"I want you to make a call to Shutter, and while Fay is at the party tonight, I want him to put cameras everywhere in here."
"You got it, dad." he smirks.
- Fay's POV -
I stayed locked in my room until I hear the door shut, knowing they have finally left, for now. There goes them not knowing where I live. I knew they'd find me eventually, though. I mean, they're in the f*cking mafia, they can find anyone. Trying to shake the sudden, slightly stimulating encounter, I decide to get dressed, not wanting to be late for my mother's party. Looking over the outfits that Ava helped me pick out, I slip out of my robe and snatch one off the bed, angrily putting it on. After adding a few beach curls to my hair bad dabbing the slightest makeup on, I grab my phone, tuck my knife in it's sheath, and leave my room, just wanting to get this night over with.
The whole ride there, I can't stop thinking about Jax and Noah stopping by, praying to whoever is listening that they don't show up tonight, but knowing them and how persistent and obsessive they are, they probably will just to piss my mother off. At least I'm 21, so I'll be able to drink at this party. I really can't wait to start my new life without the Rio's watching my every move and holding me back.
Taking a deep breath, I gather my composure and walk into the venue, spotting my mother right away. She rushes over, smiling, but her yes bore into me with anger, and I know it's because I'm late. But that wasn't my fault.
"Fay, why the hell are you so late?" she grabs my elbow and drags me closer, not wanting her precious friends to hear the argument that's about to happen.
"Jax and Noah decided to stop by my apartment, mother, that's why I'm late."
"Ugh, I knew your stepfather would pull some b*llshit like that. What did they want?" she asks, handing me a glass of champagne, that I accept gratefully, taking a sip right away.
"Oh, the usual. Just to tell me that things are far from over, blah, blah, blah."
"You need to stay away from them, Fay. Focus on your school and getting your degree." I just roll my eyes as she leads me over to the VIP area she reserved for tonight, hitting me with a line I've heard many times before.
"I know, mom. What do you think I've been doing? It's not my fault they keep showing up everywhere I go." as she goes to say something her mouth hangs open, and her gaze is drawn to something behind me, making me turn around to see what.
There, standing at the bar with drink in their hands, are none other than Jax and Noah themselves, grinning deviously at my mother and me. Great, now they're here too.
My eyes lock with Noah and I can't look away, no matter how hard I try. He smirks, licking his lips, starting a fire in my core that I shouldn't be feeling, this is so wrong, but I can't help the thoughts entering my mind. My mother utters a few curse words and turns her back on them, leaving me standing here by myself. I catch my stepfather looking at me with the same animalistic, dark hunger that Noah has in his eyes, and deep down, I know they're up to something.. and I'm the one they're going to unleash it on. Great, what am I supposed to do now?
