The All-Powerful Sisters

The last test is still going on, while we three rested all we want. We ate the barbeque prepared by the supervisors who already set up camp before we arrived. It is located behind the hill far from the cliff. We ate a lot and went back to see how others are going. It kinda looks bad, as Lady Aurelia mercilessly toss them away from the face of the cliff, and back to where they started. There were eleven people left, and there are already people who passed after us. The first one to arrive after us was Darius. He just didn't mind her, nor did she. He climbed without any effort or worry. He's there at the camp, fattening himself with all the food he can reach. The second that came up was a group, and that was Icarus and his other three friends. Maybe it was their sense of humongous pride that enabled them to pass. It is dusk, and the tide is almost upon us. Most of them gave up climbing, because of their injuries and fatigue. Aurelia just stood on the cliff, watching if someone tries to climb up, but no one did until the tide covered the shores. It is clear that the people who are on those shores, failed. Lord Enzo went to the camp to rest for the day, and Lady Aurelia followed him. Philip and Sander fell asleep as the sky became dark, and the stars are showing. I can't sleep, even I am this tired. My things were already here when we arrived because we sent them before we started swimming. I drank one piece of the Medicine, and I gradually felt fine. My bruises and tired muscles began to heal, but somehow the healing was slower than before. I guess it is fine if I leave these two here. They are comfortable sleeping on the grasses, but not me. I feel itchy. I stood up, and I saw the anomaly on the water. I can see it because of the moon. What is that? It rises up like a hill, and then a woman came out of it until the water became a water spout. She rode it to climb the cliff far to the north. I saw Lord Enzo on where she landed, along with Lady Aurelia and Lady Mila. It was dark, so I can't see the woman's face clearly. I went to see so I snuck closer and overheard what they are talking about behind a rock. The woman hugged Lord Enzo. "I finally get to meet you again, my Enzo," she said. "Uhh, me too, Lady Danae," he said hesitantly. Are they a couple? The two goddesses cringed. "Oh my gosh... YUCK!" said Lady Aurelia. "I've seen many disgusting things in the underworld, but this is just beyond my tolerance," added Lady Mila. "Shut up you two!" yelled the woman whose name is Lady Danae. I got a clear view of her and I think she is a goddess too. "I am the eldest here, and the second seater of Olympus, so you better treat me with respect or you will face my wrath!" They are sisters? And she's the Goddess of the Sea!? Oh, man! The rumor was right! I gotta tell them later. This is an "All-Powerful Sisterhood!" They said that Lady Danae is the daughter of the King, then.... No no no no no, that can't be.... Then those two are also the daughters of the King? My mind is blown! "Ohoooo.....," said Lady Aurelia sarcastically. "I'm so scared." Then she laughed. Lady Danae growled in anger, but they don't seem to care. "You don't have to hug Enzo every time you see him," said Lady Mila. "It's disgusting." "Now, now," said Lord Enzo. "Don't fight, ladies. We aren't here for that. And I appreciate all of you in helping me with this test." He bowed down. "And what will you get in eavesdropping on us, Leonide?" he shouted. Yikes! I tried to run away, but Lady Aurelia is already standing in my way. "Oh, we meet again, Leonardo," she said while smiling. "It's Leonide!" I corrected her. "I'll put him to rest," said Lady Mila behind me. Lady Aurelia nodded. "Uhhmm....." I stammered. "Stop it, you two," said Lady Danae. "Okay, okay, we are just kiddin' around," said Lady Aurelia after a laugh. They went away somewhere far with their powers and left the three of us here. "So this is the God of Gravity," said Lady Danae. I kneeled down before her and said, "I am, my lady. I am sorry for eavesdropping, please forgive me!" "No need to worry, we don't punish someone who just eavesdropped on a sisters' quarrel. Stand up." "Thank you, my lady," I thanked. Lord Enzo just stood behind her, looking far to the sea. She wears a blue diamond wreath on her head. Her black hair is braided, and she wore a plain chiton. She looks proud and godly. I am really humble in her presence because she is not just a goddess, but an Olympian. AN OLYMPIAN! "I've known four gods of Gravity before you, but it seems that you are the strongest one. I can feel the power in your blood." She can do that? Oh, yeah she can, because blood is also a liquid. "But will I get disappointed again? Because I had a lot of expectations from your past reincarnations, but none of them met it. They are all pathetic. Tell me, can you do differently, this time? Are you gonna be pathetic too? Everyone in the world expects nothing from you." - * Enzo overheard what she's saying, and knows what she's up too, so he hummed faintly. The boy looks like he's provoked by her words and in how she said it. So this is what he answered: "Differently?" he looked fierce. "Pathetic? No offense, but I think you are talking nonsense, my lady. I am not weak! I am not pathetic! I don't care about what the world expects of me, BECAUSE I WILL PROVE THEM WRONG AND BECOME THE KING OF OLYMPUS!" She looked at the panting boy and heard his words echoed throughout the atmosphere. The wind blew hard, and she felt the boy's words. It came out of his mouth as the truth of his determination. Danae couldn't help but smile. "I'm sorry for raising my voice, my lady," said Leo as he kneeled down to apologize. "Ah, it's alright," she said in a calm voice. "You just said what you truly felt, and that's not wrong." Lord Enzo didn't show any signs of being impressed. * - "Can you please find the girls for me?" she asked. "I have something to talk with them." I looked up while kneeling, and said, "Of course, my lady. I'll find them right away!" I went to the northern part of the cliff, where they went. I looked left to right, even below the cliff, but I couldn't find them in the darkness. I still can't believe I got carried away and said those things! I am lucky that Lady Danae is a forgiving goddess, or else I would've been drowned in the sea or worse! "So you want to be the King of Olympus, huh?" said someone that I think is the voice of Lady Aurelia. I stopped walking and saw her on the boulder taller than me. I looked up to see her folding her arms and looking down on me, literally. "Quit dreaming, your dream is dead, Leonora." There she is again. "I told you, it is Leonide! L-E-O-N-" "I don't care about your name! I am gonna be the one who will become the next King!" She laughed. "No!" "Yes! I was the first King of Olympus, and I will take it back!" She laughed again. "You-" She laughed harder. "You're not even worth calling my rival, because you aren't even a real god!" "Arghhhhh!" I screamed in irritation. "I will show you!" She left in a lightning flash and towards the place where Lady Danae with that irritating laugh. "Let her be," said Lady Mila behind me that I noticed just now. "She just likes to irritate people. The more you become pissed, the more she attacks you." "Oh, Lady Mila. I was told-" "I know. I am on my way. I'll give you a ride back." She summoned a dark cloud that went under our feet, and gradually lifting us up. "Thank you, Lady Mila," I said, but she just looked ahead without saying anything. The distance to where we are headed is quite far, so it took some time to get there. There was an awkward silence. I am standing next to her at her right, and I am a bit worried that I will fall down, so I scooched a little closer to the middle. I think I need to break the ice. "Say, Lady Mila, did you hear what I said earlier?" She looked at me in the eyes and looked ahead again. "I did." "Oh, so... what do you think about it?" "Nothing." That's all she has to talk to me? Talking to her is hard. She's definitely a one-liner person. Breaking the ice has failed, I'll just hibernate this. A moment later she said, "I know what dead things are, and certainly your dream isn't one of them." I looked at her after what she said. What? What does she- Suddenly, the cloud under my feet disappeared and I fell down the ground as she went to her sisters. Lord Enzo's feet are right in front of me as I was on the ground. He looked at me, and nodded once, then turned to look at the sea again. I stood up, and I looked there too. "Tomorrow, I will train you," he said. "Wait for me at the training ground before noon." "Why-" Lady Aurelia overheard us and she instantly appeared in front of us, while Lord Enzo left to go to the camp. "What? Enzo, you promised to become my mentor! Why do you want to train this pathetic human?" He doesn't listen to her while she follows him. I just stayed back, taking in everything that happened here. "I even did you a favor today!" she yelled angrily.
