The room fell silent after Chisom and Daniella finished praying. Daniella switched off the light and lay comfortably on her bed. "Good night, Sis," she said with a smile. "Good night," Chisom replied, hugging her pillow tightly. As she closed her eyes, only one face filled her mind—David Isaac. Before long, she drifted into a deep sleep. --- She found herself standing outside the grand hotel where the award ceremony had just ended. Luxury cars lined the entrance, while photographers, journalists, and excited fans crowded around the building. Security guards tried to control the large crowd as celebrities made their way outside. Chisom looked around in amazement. "Am I really here?" she whispered. Then she remembered why she had come. David Isaac. She hurried to one of the security guards. "Good evening, sir," she said politely. "Good evening," the security guard replied. "Please, where is David Isaac?" "He just went downstairs to where his car is parked with his bouncers." "Thank you, sir." Without wasting another second, Chisom ran towards the parking area. The crowd was overwhelming. Fans pushed one another, all hoping to catch a glimpse of the award-winning actor. She stretched her neck, trying to see through the sea of people. Then she spotted him. David Isaac was walking towards a sleek black SUV with his bouncers surrounding him. "No... he's leaving already," she murmured. She began running as fast as she could, trying to get through the crowd. "Sir!" she called. Her voice disappeared into the noise. She refused to give up. "Mr. David Isaac! Please don't go without seeing me!" Just as David Isaac reached for the car door, he paused. Slowly, he turned around. Their eyes met. Chisom froze. Her heart raced so fast she could hardly breathe. He's even more handsome in real life, she thought. Oh my gosh... look at those pink lips. David Isaac smiled gently. "Hi," he said. For a moment, Chisom forgot every word she had wanted to say. Finally, she found her voice. "My... my name is Chisom Eze." She nervously stretched out her hand, hoping he would shake it. David Isaac looked at her with a calm smile as the crowd continued to cheer around them…
