The waiter went on her knees immediately begging him. Declan was upset. He was about slapping the waiter when his business partner showed up.
Tasha grunted from where she was sitting. Was he really about to slap the waiter? On a mistake? What a useless man Declasn was. She became angry.
The man spoke some things to him and he headed for the washroom While the waiter muttered repeated sorrys.
Tasha wished she were the waiter. She would have spilled the drinks and offered no words of comfort to him. Pompous he-goat. She thought.
She was reminiscing on what almost just happened when Daniella came whispering something into her ears.
Her eyes widened in fury as she processed what Daniella was saying. “Declan is really useless” she said aloud and made way for the restroom. She was seething in anger..
“And where are you going” Daniella questioned her.
“Look after Aiden, I will be back” she replied.
She soon found the restroom. She intentionally went into the men's room and waited for him to finish.
He came out not long after.
“And what do you think you are doing here” he said immediately he sighted her.
“I should be asking you that, how could you even show your face here. I see you are still passionate about your business. Don't you have shame Declan? You followed a responsible man to his daughter's graduation party only to find that your son is graduating too, you really are a loser” Tasha said spitting. That was what Daniella whispered at her.
“Watch how you talk to me, i***t. Last time I checked, you couldn't even keep a man. Your mates are all married while here you are faking smile at your son's graduation. You should be ashamed “. Declan retorted.
“I can see how useless you have become, Declan. I wonder what I was thinking about when I married you. You are a disgrace to fatherhood “ Tasha said angrily.
Just then a man entered into the restroom hindering Declan from talking. The man looks surprise to see Tasha in the restroom as if to protest why she is in the men's restroom.
She quickly exited the room after glaring at Declan. He is such an annoying jerk.
At the reception, Tasha could see Aiden and Daniella on the stage with one of the dignitaries presenting Aiden a prize gift.
Tasha flinched.
To think she Left her lovely son to be with his jerk of a father. Her son is really all she's got. She smiled in tears.
Daniella was searching the venue with her eyes hoping she would come soon. Daniella was relieved when she saw Tasha. Aiden ran to her and hugged her tightly. He was eager to show her the prize he had won.
“Your son is a champion, he is the best in arithmetic and logical reasoning”. Daniella said gesturing at her.
“Oh my baby, I love you so much “. Tasha gushed at Aiden who blushed at her.
The occasion is already coming to a close. Aiden teachers have a lot to tell Tasha. How amazing her son is, how intelligent he is a d how loving he is. He is the star of the class.
Tasha is excited as she heard the news. She presented the gifts to Aiden teachers who were eager to take the gifts.
They left the occasion afterwards.
