Davina’s POV
I get to work this morning worried as hell because I’ve been trying to reach Aiden but he won’t take my calls. “I really hope his okay” I said to myself. Still lost in thoughts when I heard someone knock on my door.
“Come in!!”
“Good day miss Davina” Aiden’s Secretary greets as she enters my office.
“Good day” I greeted as I stood up.
“Please do you happen to know Mr Smith is?”
“Uhmm, no. Why would you ask me that?”
“Well, I thought there’s something going on between you guys, that’s why I asked. Please don’t be offended.”
“I’m not. Hope there’s no problem”
“For now no, but there would if Mr Smith doesn’t attend the investor’s meeting”
