The whole house was woken up by a loud scream coming from Elizabeth's room and as I heard it , I didn't even think twice as I jumped out of the bed and running straight to her room to see what happened. But as I get closer to her rooms door I just kick it and it just flew open because of my hard kick ,as I get inside I can already see my parents sitting next to her asking what's wrong while checking for any injuries."I'm fine mom it's just that I'm really happy that today is my birthday and I'm finally turning 22 years ",She says while jumping up and down on the bed and at the same time Mom and dad both release a sign ,to show that they were worried about her but than they started to smile a little as they hear what she said . They started to wish her a happy birthday and while on the other hand I was busy glaring at her ."What", she says as she notice that I was busy glaring at her for the the noise she made."Seriously Lizzy is that all that you have to say to me after you woken up the hole house with your loud scream ,I thought something wrong must have happened to you and you are just going to say 'What' .I said as I keep glaring at her while crossing my arms over my chest to show that I'm mad for what she has done ," Oh I'm sorry Maddy I'm just , really excited because today is my birthday I didn't mean to wake you up and as you can also see I'm pretty fine but thank you for your concern .She jumped one last time on the bed at she sits between mom and dad while she starts pouting like a little girl ,who was was stolen her lollipop. "Oh it's okay sweetheart you don't have to be sad on your special day and you Maddy leave your sister alone, why do you always have to be a spoiler on everything and let her scream as much as she likes it's her birthday today", Mother says as she comforts her as she acts like a big baby . " But mother ...", Mom stops me from talking as I'm about to reason with her by putting her hand up to indicate her ,she does not wanna hear it ." I don't wanna hear a single word coming from you cause clearly you're not happy that it's Elizabeth's birthday ",she says as she stands up while holding Lizzy's hand and heading out the door going down stairs."Good morning dear , please don't mind your mother's words she's just saying those words because she's mad that you lectured Elizabeth that's all and you know she doesn't want that", father said as he chuckled a little while trying to make me feel better and he started to head towards the door , giving me an amused look."Good morning to you too father and I'm sorry for making mother and Lizzy upset ,I was just worried about her that's all", I slightly looked at the floor feeling sad myself."It's okay dear I understand your reason but your mother doesn't so please forgive her dear, And enough about this conversation how about you go take a shower and come join us for breakfast so that we can start to to prepare for your sister's party".he says as he comes back to give me a hug and a kiss on the cheek . "Yes father", I started to make may towards the bathroom to shower. After I'm done taking a shower I headed downstairs to have breakfast with my family and I'm sure after that we will start preparing for Lizzy's birthday party even though it won't be something big but we must make sure it's perfect.As I walk in the dinning area, everyone was already sited on the table ready to start eating breakfast and as I'm about to take a sit , mother just keep glaring at me."What do you think you're doing young lady ,you are not going to sits on that chair before you apologize to your sister first for shouting at her this morning".She folds her arms over her chest while continuing to glare at me ,"I'm sorry Lizzy for shouting at you this morning and happy birthday ", slightly feeling upset I looked at the ground for apologizing for nothing I did wrong ."Apology accepted Maddy it was nothing serious really mom is just making a big issue out on this small mistake", she says as she gives me a small smirk on her face."Thank you Lizzy", I said to her as also returned a small smile . "O-kay ladies now that everything is settled out can we please start eating already cause I.Am. Famished , and so that you two ladies can also start going to the super market to buy some few things for the party". Father says as he puts some pancakes on the plate and giving it over to me. "Yes father",me and Lizzy both replied at the same time as I was sitting on the table ,eating the pancakes that father has put on my plate with some orange juice, beacon . The whole table was full of delicious food like pancakes, strawberries,beacon ,eggs , freshly baked bread, orange juice and some chocolate muffins. I'm surprised to see all this kind of different food because it's not everyday that we eat this so much food especially for breakfast, Well the reason for me to say this is because we don't really afford or having some much money to buy a lot of food.I say this because we are not a high ranked family and we are also not that poor because we do have money to food on the table ,Once everyone is done eating breakfast,I start to clear up the table taking the dirty dishes ti the sink so that I can wash them. After a while Lizzy also starts to stand up and help me but is stopped by mom,"Not you Lizzy today you are not allowed to do any chores since it's your special day and the only thing that you need to do is for you to go upstairs to your room , choose the most beautiful dress because I want you to be at the centre of attention today". while saying that she was also pushing Lizzy upstairs, after that the started walking towards the kitchen with some dirty plates that I left on the table on her hands and father has not left the table because he decided to just read a newspaper. "Madeline sweetheart i would really appreciate it for you to not cause any unnecessary drama for your sister and for you to not out shine her today, she must be the only one to receive all the attention from the guests and we also have an important person coming over today for your sister's birthday so don't mess this up for her". she says and giving me a disgust look because father is not looking. "Yes mother I understand",I slightly shake my head feeling really offended by her words because never in my entire life have I outshined Elizabeth and claiming me as an attention sicker ."Good now go and call Lizzy so that that you can go to the super market we don't have have all day and I need to decorate this living room for the party.she says while start washing up the dishes . "Yes ma'am", I started walking towards Lizzie's room to only find her ready to go to out ,"Come on let's go I can't wait to see my friends and I'm sire that we are going to meet with Sir Markus on our way ". She talked while dragging me out of the house and I can also see sparkles in her eyes as she mentioned Sir Markus Smith's name .And I know why her eyes do this , it's because Lizzy has that thing for Sir Markus the son of the Duke Smith a person who you go to when you need serious help and ever since we were like little girls.She won't not stop talking about him. "Uh don't tell me about Sir Markus I know him already"I said while walking behind her and rolling my eyes.
