Although the Dark Empress had been destroyed in her physical self, her spirit went back to the dark room from where it had originated as it did the first time it died. It stood alone in silence waiting in fear of that familiar voice that had come to it before.
(Voices) So as luck would have it you stand before us yet again, with hands barren and nothing to show for yourself but failure!
(Dark Empress) I did the best that I could, the girl had to have help to destroy me, and I did not go down without a fight!
(Voices) This girl that you speak of, did you tell her about us?
(Dark Empress) I do not remember, I may have mentioned something, I do not recall.
(Voices) You lie to us! You did tell her! No one knows of our existence unless we want them to! Do you know what you have done?!
(Dark Empress) I do not understand if you are so powerful, what threat could a little girl mean to you?
(Voices) What threat?! What threat?! Knowledge is everything! She defeated you did she not?! How long do you think it will be before more people know about us and become curious?!
(Dark Empress) I do not know they are of no consequence to you! You are all powerful are you not?
(Voices) How long do you think it will be before they try to seek us out?!
(Dark Empress) I am not understanding your logic they are powerless compared to you!
(Voices) Silence! We have had enough of your muttering, you will now be judged!
(Dark Empress) Please, just give me another chance! Send me back!
(Voices) Never! You have failed us for the last time! You will not ascend and you have been sentenced to the land of unfortunate souls to spend eternity tortured and enslaved!
The Dark Empress was not allowed to say another word and with her last breath, it had disappeared into thin air. Now the "Elders" sat amongst themselves to deliberate.
(Voices) What are we going to do now?
(Voices) There is a world that knows of our existence!
(Voices) Surely, we can destroy the girl and place another Elemental!
(Voices) What good would that do? They know how to destroy them now!
(Voices) We will never be able to collect from that world again!
(Voices) If we cannot collect, we will starve!
(Voices) What is so important about this world, that we cannot just leave it to its own devices? There are others!
(Voices) Surely, there will still be death and chaos!
(Voices) No there will not, especially not at the rate in which we have been previously collecting.
(Voices) We cannot survive off of a world living in peace!
(Voices) It is the last magical world that we have, the rest we have had to begin again they are just animals and barbarians now!
(Voices) This world possesses the largest population of manipulative life forms. It is our greatest source!
(Voices) One thing is for certain… That girl is a threat to our way of life and therefore must be destroyed!
(Voices) Why is she such a threat?
(Voices) She has been the only one strong enough ever to destroy our Elemental!
(Voices) How long do you think it will be before she is strong enough to expose us, once she finds out who and what we are?!
(Voices) You may be right!
(Voices) Do we all agree?
(Voices) Yes, we all agree!
(Voices) Then it has been decided, the girl must die!
