Beginning
A loud cry rang out in the middle of a quiet and dense forest.
"Aaaarrggghh" was the loud cry of a woman in extreme pain.
"I can already see the child's head" said the lady who was helping the girl to give birth "One more push"she added, which the woman did.
"Aaaarrggghh" the woman shouted again before the baby she had carried for nine months was finally born.
"Its a healthy baby girl" the lady said happily to the mother of the baby she was holding.
"My child" the woman said as her baby was handed to her "She's so beautiful" the woman said excitedly and in tears while the lady was using her ability to treat her wound.
"We need to hurry I can feel they are approaching" the lady said sadly to the woman and she only nodded and helped her stand up and continued walking.
The two stopped walking when they heard rustles and lights slowly approaching them.
"Take her away from this place" said the woman, and handed her daughter to the lady.
"But we can't leave you here" the lady said worriedly.
"I will only slow you down if I come with you" the woman replied.
"Please take care of my daughter" she kissed her baby on the forehead
"Go, " she commanded.
"Be careful, me and your daughter will wait for your return"the lady Replied to her before leaving.
The woman could only look until the two disappeared from her sight.
The lady opened the tunnel to the world of normal people to escape those who were chasing her and to keep the baby she was holding safe.
"I swear my whole life, I will keep you safe"
18 Years Later
It's a rainy night and the street I'm walking on is already dark.
I went home at night because I over slept in the school clinic earlier, I don't know why but lately I've been very tired and feeling weak.
I'm restless and I feel like someone is following me but every time I look behind me there's no one but my shadow.
I looked at my phone when it started ringing "Where are you Rina?" she asked on the other line when I answered the call.
"I'm almost at our house mom, I'm just a few blocks away" I looked behind me again when suddenly I heard something rustling.
"Are you still there?"My attention turned to my cell phone when mom spoke again "Yes, I'm still here"
The rustles got louder and closer, which made me even more nervous "Mom, I'll speak to you later" Before mom could answer, I hung up.
" Who's there? " I shouted but no one answered, I sighed and went back to walking, maybe I was only imagining what I was hearing
"What a surprise a young vampire trespassed in our territory" I felt like my heart stopped beating suddenly when someone spoke behind me "Didn't your creator warn you not to enter this territory? "
" Creator? W-what creator? " I couldn't understand what he was saying "I didn't know this was your territory but I pass by here every day"
The man looked at me in confusion and he came to me and sniffed to smell me "Your scent is not familiar"
He closed his eyes and growled and when he opened his eyes again they were a different color than before they were brown now they are golden
"Do you know what i do with liars?"little by little his appearance changed, hair gradually grew on his body, his teeth became sharper and his nails grew longer until he completely looked like a wolf "I eat them"
I can't move or believe what I see now, A man turned into a wolf
I quickly ran away but he quickly chased after me, in just an instant he was running towards me and was ready to bite my head "Why don't you want to fight little vampire?" he said "Please let me go, I don't know what you're saying, I'm not a vampire" He growled loudly and was about to bite me, so I closed my eyes tightly and waited for him to bite me.
"Arturo stop" I heard a familiar voice, the wolf followed the man, he slowly left on top of me, when I opened my eyes I looked at the man and I was right I knew this person
"Mr. Ling?" I call him "What are you doing here in the middle of the night Kathrina?" He asked "I was about to go home and and" I didn't finish what I was about to say when he talked "Go now" he said with authority
" Why are you letting this trespassing vampire to leave?"" the wolf asked angrily but Mr. Lim just looked at him "Leave now Kathrina this is the first and last time i will save you, this is because your mom and i are friends"
I quickly ran back to our house, when mom saw me pale when I entered the house, she immediately came to me.
"What happened?"she asked worriedly and touched my face, I couldn't answer and all I did was cry while hugging her,when I calmed down she asked me again, I inhaled before answering her.
"I don't know if you will believe me but someone attacked me earlier, at first it was a human but suddenly he turned into a wolf, he was going to kill me but suddenly our Landlord, Mr. Ling, came" I told mom " And the wolf called a vampire repeatedly"
Mom's eyes widened and she looked shocked, she immediately stood up from where we were sitting and went straight to our room, so I followed her "Pack your bags Rina we need to leave now" she said and continue packing "What is happening mom and why does Mr. Ling know that werewolf?" I asked " Stop asking to many questions Rina and do what I say"
I did nothing but do what my mom said and that same night we left
