The Alphas Mate

Sierra...... Sierra....... Hurry up...! I hear my mother calling for me. Its been 2 years now since i turned 18. Its a tradition that when a girl turns 18 she goes out to find her mate, but well in my case i didnt find him or more to say he didnt come looking for me. To be honest i felt hurt. Every girl dreamt of that day when they finally know who their mate is. But i decided maybe he found someone else. So that being said i carried on with my life. Its kind of hard though when your dad is the alpha of his pack. Everyone keeps asking my family why havent i gotten a mate yet. And to top it off my sister turns 18 in a months time. WHYYYYYYYYYY...... was i not good enough? did he see me and decide i wasnt beautiful or worthy of him? why didnt he come for me? I sit and sob. This isnt something new. I do this every morning before going down to greet my family as if im totally fine. Sierra.... Are you alright? I heard you scream Is everything okay in there? I hear my sister Molly outside my door. She may be younger than me but shes very matured for her age. Shes my bestfriend. I love her to bits. Shes always been there to defend me when people start saying stupid things behind my back. She always looks out for me especially when my parents start giving me a hard time. Shes the perfect daughter. I say this because shes already found her mate. His non other than Shawn my dads bestfriends son. Turning 18 for them is just a way to finalize their mate bond. I truly envy her life. Its perfect just like her. Im truly happy that shes found someone like shawn, his a great guy and treats her like a queen. Yes...yes im fine Molly, i say as i wipe my tears and get ready to live my room. Oh okay than, we're all waiting for you downstairs.. she says I can feel her tone is nervous, kind of upset as well I quickly make my way down to the kitchen. I see my dad, mum, Molly and Richard (dads bestfriend). Good Morning Family, i say as i pull a chair at the table to sit and have breakfast with them. I can feel that Molly is uneasy and upset with my parents. Whats wrong Molly? Is everything okay? U seem upset You would be to if you knew whats happening, molly says looking at my parents.
