Lost in Minds

I was sitting in the chair by the window, seeing how the raindrops falling on my window, the rain and the wind were so strong, I could see from it how a line in the sky was drawn as if it were going crazy and furious. I was so lost by the weather that I didn't even realize that my cellphone was ringing so I immediately ran to my bed to answer it, I smiled when I saw who was calling me so I answered it immediately. "Bubby, I'm sorry I'm gonna be little late going there because of this heavy rain, I'm really sorry bubby just wait for me okay? I'm already near at your street. I didn't have a ride right now so I'm just walking so wait for me okay?" He said to me, I smiled because he's so sweet that I cannot even sulk or be angry at him because he does everything he can just to see me. "It's okay bub, I will wait for you don't worry just be safe okay? The rain is to heavy and even the wind is strong so be careful out there, and I almost forgot I something to say to you" I said to him with a hint of concern in my tone. "Yes baby, I also have a surprise for you hahahaha im almost at the corner of you street just a few walks and i'll be----." When he suddenly stop speaking which makes me worried and my heart to beat faster. "Bubby? Bub? Bubby? What are you saying? Where are you? Why aren't you talking to me? Answer me bubby!" I was worried and tears were slowly running down my eyes due to the nervousness, when I heard a a beep sound coming from my cellphone, he dropped me a call! I still called him, but it just rang and I did not stop calling until I thought of going out of the house and going to him, he said he was close and just a little walk maybe he was already in the alley or at our corner. I immediately ran out of the house I did not bother to get an umbrella because I wanted to see him, I was nervous and dont no what to feel, I was about to enter the alley when I stopped what I saw. 5 years later "Bub, can you hold our baby please? I'll just mix her milk." I told my husband who was just looking at me like something is wrong but he took our baby and played her. I am very lucky with my husband because he understands everything, sometimes I don't understand him because he smiles at me but his eyes say different things but I just ignored it because we are married and we have a child so it is very impossible that he would cheat on me. "Bubby, when are you going to wake up? You need to see the truth." He told me that my forehead was furrowed so I looked at it with astonishment and looked back at the milk I'm mixing then closed the lid of the formula milk. "What are you talking about bub? I'm wide awake oh can't you see? Can I even mix a milk if I'm asleep hahahahaha." I told him after I mixed our daughter's milk, this is really funny, my husband always look high hahahaha. "No bubby, you need to wake up, this isn't real anymore so please bub, please wake up already." He told me and now he was crying, I don't know why but I also seem to be in tears when I see him crying. I touched his face to stop the tears from streaming down his face, he also touched my face and brought his face close to my face so I closed my eyes because I knew he would kiss me, I closed my eyes for a few minutes but I didn't feel a kiss on my lips. When I open my eyes I could only see pure white room, my husband is gone, and I was holding a doll. No where is my husband? Where is bubby? Where is our child?! "Bub! Where are you bubby! Bubby where am I? Where' our child bubby!" I shouted and my years can't stop falling through my eyes, it was just a dream isn't it? Where are they? Why is it like this? Third person The nurses inside the facility were suddenly panic because of a woman who is being hysterical again, they immediately called her doctor. "Hurry up! Where's the sedative? Please call Doc right away and tell Miss Brielle is going crazy again and call her parents too!" The nurse said in a panic tone as she ran inside the room of she called Miss Brielle. They immediately injected her with medicine to calm her down and put her to sleep, she saw in the window the force of the rain and looked at Miss Brielle, the woman smiled sadly at her. "Why does Miss Brielle always get lost when it rains?" A nurse asked her and she also wondered why only the chief of nurse could inject a medicine to her and even guard her. "I'm also curious why?Miss Brielle is crazy, she's beautiful but she's scary because she's always talking to someone in the air and holding a doll! She's giving the doll to the wind, isn't it scary?" Another nurse who helped her calm Brielle said, she stared at her. "You don't know the story of why she became like that so don't judge, why do you still work here if you judge all your patients, this is a mental facility what do you expect ?! Did you study or not ?!" Their chief of nurse said angrily and she walked out, whe met the doctor she called and she just smiled at him. "Don't think too much about what she said because it was her friend, she witnessed how her friend lost her mind so it hurts her a lot than you know." The doctor said to the two of them as he examined Brielle "Why doc? What happened to him?" The nurse asked here and the doctor looked at them. Flashback (Third person) There is a man walking in the alley now, you can see the excitement on his face while holding a ring. He was planning to invite his girlfriend to get married so he couldn't help but smile, so he called his girlfriend. "Bubby, I'm sorry I'm gonna be little late going there because of this heavy rain, I'm really sorry bubby just wait for me okay? I'm already near at your street. I didn't have a ride right now so I'm just walking so wait for me okay?" The man said to his girlfriend. "It's okay bub, I will wait for you don't worry just be safe okay? The rain is to heavy and even the wind is strong so be careful out there, and I almost forgot I something to say to you" The girl said to him, but his mind was on his proposal. The young man was unaware of the person he would meet today, a man in a black jacket and could not see his face due to the darkness but the young man ignored him and continued to talking "Yes baby, I also have a surprise for you hahahaha im almost at the corner of you street just a few walks and i'll be----." He stopped speaking when he felt a knife on his side.  "Give me your wallet or I'll stab you." The old man said to the young man, the young man did not hesitate to give his wallet. He thought he would survive and there he made a mistake because the holdaper saw the ring he was holding earlier. "That's diamond, give me the ring!" He said to the young man. "Please not this one, I gave you already my wallet and I would give you my phone if you like and I will not tell you to the authorities but please not this ring." The young man pleads to the old man. "I said give me the ring!" And the old man grabbed it but the young man fought back because that ring was important to him. "Please not this ring, please." The young man begged again and to his shock he saw his girlfriend enter the alley where they were and she was nervous.  Even before he could snatch the ring from the old man, he was already stabbed, not once but three times before the old man ran. The young man knelt down in the pain he was feeling and looked at the girl who was now running towards him.  "Bubby sorry." The young man immediately said to the girl who was now crying.  "No, no, no, dont shut your eyes on me please! I'll run you to the hospital bub, just wait okay? Just wait." The girl said, the young man touched the girl's face. "I'm sorry I didn't get the ring back, that is my surprise for you. I want to marry you bub." The young man said to the girl. "Then marry! So dont shut your eyes because you're going to marry me and we're having a child already so please don't leave us!" Crying and crying the girl said to the young man. "Be happy please. I love you always bubby." And the last word the young man uttered was also the release of his breath.  The girl tries to wake the young man, she does not know how she will feel, tears keeps streaming down her face. End of Flashback (Present) The doctor talked to the two while looking at Brielle, and the two nurses continued to cry.   "Did they capture the killer?" When a nurse asks the doctor.  "Not yet." He answered the two and looked out the window, the rain witnessed how the girl lost her sanity, how this lady lost her mind in the rain that night. They didn't know that Brielle was awake and heard the story, she was secretly crying because she could not accept it until she was gradually overcome by drowsiness, she thought that tomorrow they would meet again, that tomorrow there will be another day together, just the two of them again.
