Hawk's POV "Why was she created for him?" I continued the questions. "He knew his wife would not wake," Grumbled the wall flower. "He wanted a new mate?" I was a bit surprised. "Yes," the wall flower stood, walking to me. "Between you feeding Lilth and him using old blood to sustain her the need to choose is weighing on him." The one tried to focus shift my attention while the other was sneaking up on me. I could sense it getting closer. I hammer fisted the one behind me to the wall. I heard thump of its body crash against the stone. "You two are not very smart," I shook my head. "Once she is found and killed, her blood will awaken Velito's wife. She will rule by is side. As they were meant too." The wall flower puffed with pride. I ripped his head off, the spray of blood and the snap of bone gave my senses that satisfied feeling. I turned to the other who was shaking him self back awake. "What type of supernatural is the girl?" I stepped closer. "She has a bunch of different things." He shrugged, I had a feeling. he wanted to play. I grabbed his hand. In the other I use my two fingers to break one of his. He screamed and hissed at me. "What different things?" I growled. When he didn't answer I broke another. "Answer!" I growled. "There are eight things from what I over heard." He hissed, trying to take back his now injured hand. "What eight?" I snapped back. My eyes now taking on the glint of my beast. "I.. I... I.. don't know." It stammered, realizing I was who I said I was. "Stupid leech," I broke his whole hand. "I know you heard something else!" My anger at the threshold of loosing to my beast. I broke two more fingers. "F...F..Fae, why we liked the fear in her blood." I snapped his neck too. Letting his body flop at my feet. I was raging.. I closed my eyes, deep breathing and simmering down. We had one, she had Fae, there were 7 others, question was what are they. I continued to breath smashing the head I held in my hands. I grabbed pictures of Amber from my mind and thought of how happy she would be to know of one thing she was. The deadly rumble in my chest slowly dissipated. I opened my eyes, to see Mato waiting patiently to speak. "You alright?" He raised a brow at me. "Yeah," I croaked. "Damn near lost it," I sighed walking to the door. "I seen that." Mato agreed as he opened the door. "I thought I was gonna have to leave you here a moment." Mato voiced with some concern. "This cell would not hold me." I said matter of fact. "It would have to have different elements. Even then, I have yet to find something that does." I walked a head of Mato. "Good to know." I heard Mato grunt. We walked back up the stairs to the door that lead to the side room of the kitchen. I found Amber sitting on a stool with an open container of left overs. She looked up and her eyes got wide, with fright. I looked down at my bloody nasty clothes.. Shit... Amber flew off the stool straight to me. "What happened?" She asked while her eyes looked me over. "Not mine, just vampire." I waved it off. "I did however find out something you would want to know." I changed the subject. I watched her green eyes look back at me. "What did you find out?" The curiosity out weighed the worry. "You have eight different types of supernatural in you." I wanted to touch her but the state of my hands disgusted me at the thought of marring her beauty. "Eight," She breathed wistfully. "Yes, eight. and I know one of them," I smirked. Seeing the way her eyes glittered at me, made my heart jump like a fish out of water. "What is it?" she squealed. She wanted to touch me but the blood I had was holding her at bay. "You have Fae," I couldn't hold it back any longer. She paused, looked at me, going back to my hand grimaced then grabbed it and dragged me with her. She towed me up the stairs and to our room straight to the shower as she turned it on. "Get those things off." She ordered. I did as she wished. I stripped down, and I watched grab those clothes like they had cooties on them. "You coming in here too?" I pulled may hair out of the braid. "I may," she giggled as she stepped out of the room. I stepped into the warm waterfall and enjoyed the feeling of cascading on me. I grabbed the shampoo, and started washing my hair. I heard Amber come back in. "I can't believe they said Fae." I heard her sit down on the toilet. "Yes but we need to find the other seven." I rinsed my hair and threw on some conditioner. Scrubbed up and rinsed off. I turned the water off to see Amber seated on the toilet fully dressed holding the History of the Fae book. She was intensely reading about them. I grabbed the towel hanging on the hook, and dried off. Once my head was dry I walked without a towel. I could feel her staring. "Your staring," I glanced back at her. I watched her eyes go from wistful lust to instant hunger. "So what if I am?" Amber closed the book with an instant thump of it being heard. "Well, two things happen." I turned to face her. "One I get dressed and go back down to work on papers with Mato, or..." I paused to make slow strides to her as she still was now standing near the bathroom door. I watched her clutch the book to her chest the playful look in her eyes tinged with desire. I backed her to the corner of the wall, using both hands on each side I caged her in. She gulped again as I smelled her arousal drift up to my nose. "Or, I have my wicked way with you." I leaned down to inhale her scent at the crook of her neck. I would place my mark there when Lilth had been appeased and I could safely do so. "Mmmm," she purred as she move her head just enough to let me get closer. "Perhaps I want you to have your wicked way." I felt a single nail of hers trail up my chest. Oh she was in for it now! I scooped her up with a squeal, as I dropped her on the bed. She didn't run just moved the book aside and grabbed for me.
