A cloud of sadness beclouded Sally after hearing what Loretta said, she stared pitifully at Lotetta and bit her lower lips in pain. How will she tell her daughter that she does not even have an idea who her father is?

"Loretta, I assure you that I'll get you a father soon, " Sally said but Loretta didn't even bother to look at her face. When they were in Germany, where Sally's elder sister lives, she would see the dads of her colleagues in class coming to pick them up but she didn't have one.

When Loretta was informed by Sally that they would be travelling back to America, her home country, Loretta was glad thinking that her mom had the plan to meet with her dad but for the past forty-eight hours, she had only been in the hotel and there was no hope that she would meet her father.

Loretta was desperate and curious to meet her dad. As far as she was concerned, she wouldn't stop searching until she found the man.

Loretta kept gazing at the pictures of many handsome men on the Pinterest app, none of the men looked like her.

Loretta noticed a strange silence in the room so she raised her head to Sally and saw that her face had become soggy, "Mom, are you crying?"

"No, I'm fine, " Sally quickly forced out a smile. Loretta's face held no expression as usual, but she wasn't happy that her mom's eye was soggy. Had someone bullied her where she went? she did not want to believe that her mom would be sad cause she was searching for her father.

"We'll only stay here for a few days while I find a better apartment for us, alright?" Sally said.

Loretta nodded slowly and as Sally attempted to stand, Loretta called, "Mom!"

Sally gazed her attention on her without saying a word.

"Tell me what happened where you went? did anyone hurt you?" she asked with so much concern.

Sally remembered how her step-sister had ordered men to bundle her away, she forced out a smile nevertheless and answered, " No dear, no one dares to hurt me."

Sally caressed Loretta's hair and stood in an attempt to order food for her, she placed a call across and stated Loretta's favourite food. In a jiffy, a young lady appeared at the entrance of their door with a tray of the food they had ordered.

Sally opened the door and collected the food but the hotel attendant stood for a while, staring intently at Sally.

"Is there something else I can help you with?" Sally asked when she noticed the hotel attendant who had come to serve the food she ordered was staring intensely at her.

"It's you!" the lady exclaimed and brought out her phone.

"Excuse me!" Sally exclaimed but the lady walked swiftly away. Sally turned, not understanding what was going on.

Loretta jumped from the bed and asked, "What happened, Mom?"

"No idea, sincerely, " Sally answered and went to place the food on the desk, he helped Loretta to sit and watched as the little girl began to eat but she was still very nervous as a result of the strange reaction of the hotel attendant.

The hotel attendant had placed a call to Manuel and informed him that the woman whose diagram was sent to their hotel was in room 305.

Manual was glad he finally got a lead, he drove speedily to the hotel and met with the hotel attendant who had informed him about Sally's presence, " take me to the room, now."

The lady signalled with her body language that she deserved a token, Manuel understood and gave the woman a sum of $10,000. The hotel attendant led him there at once.

Once they arrived at room 305 where Sally and her daughter were, Manuel dismissed the hotel attendant and planted a knock on the door. Sally, who had been nervous became even more worried, her face met with that of her daughter.

When Sally attempted to walk to the door, Loretta left the food she was eating and went to her, "Mom, hide, let me attend to whoever is at the door, "

Sally chuckled, "I should be the one protecting you not the other way round, go back and eat, I'll handle it, "

"If mom did not allow me, I'd cry, " Loretta said.

Sally sighed and said, "Okay, go ahead, "

Manual overheard a conversation going on between two people inside, one seemed to be an adult while the other seemed to be a kid. He did not get their words but he knew there was a conversation going on.

Could it be that the child who looked like his boss was in here? should he inform his boss already?

Loretta twisted the knob with her tiny hand and met Manuel. Manual was shocked when he saw Loretta. His eyes almost fall off his socket. This is that super beautiful girl! this is the girl who looked exactly like his boss.

He was impatient and wanted to call his boss already but Loretta spoke, "Mr. what did you want with us?" her petite voice was so sweet.

Manuel smiled and an idea popped inside his head, he loved the girl's sweet voice and he liked the little girl for her beauty and for the sweetness of her aura, so he brought out his phone and searched for the picture of Willard.

When the picture was displayed, he showed it to Loretta. Loretta who had been looking for a man who bore the same resemblance as her became supper happy.

'Dad, I finally found you,' Loretta thought and smiled for the first time in her life.
