Let's Split Up!

"HERE IT IS!" shouted Alexander upon sighting their prey.
Upon hearing their leader, the other three immediately readied their weapons. At the next moment, a huge boar suddenly went charged at them.
Both Alexander and Williams used their weapons to stop the huge boar from its track. They were able to completely halt its movement after a dozen seconds.
"ATTACK IT NOW!" shouted Alexander upon stopping the boar.
At that moment, Sophia launched the arrow that she loaded into her bow. At the same, Oliver charged toward it with the daggers in his hands.
Since Sophia launched his arrow first, it was the first one to hit. Although she was still inadept about using a bow, she was able to hit the left eye of the huge boar. As the boar squirmed due to the pain that it was feeling, Oliver used the daggers in its hand to s***h the other eye of the boar.
"Good job, you two!" said Alexander with a smile.
Alexander and William stopped halting the boar's movements because there is a need to do that. Instead, they decided to join to attack of their two comrades.
In just a matter of minutes, they were able to kill the boar without any of them getting wounded.
'I thought these three would still need to gain experience about fighting! I was wrong the whole time! I guess it is the right thing to explore the dungeon after this hunt,' Alexander thought to himself as he watched his comrades
"Although they said that we will meet with them in about two hours, these huge boar is probably enough for us. We would be unable to hut more because doing so would be a burden for us while we carry this boar. We can't put it in our system story so we better put it back home," said Alexander as he looked toward the boar.
"What are we going to do, then, boss? Your father and the others will be waiting for us in that crossroad for a while if we don't meet them there," asked Oliver with a confused expression.
Alexander smiled upon hearing him and he said, "Here's what we are going to do. You, Oliver, and William can bring the boar back to our home while I and Sophia will go to dad and the others. Is that acceptable?" asked Alexander.
"Of course, boss! We will go now! Keep safe you two!" said William.
"Be safe as well, you two! See you later!" said Alexander with a smile.
Upon saying their farewell, these four children decided to diverge in their ways to do their own tasks.
"Do you know where they are headed, boss?" asked Sophia as she runs with Alexander.
"There are only a few hunting spots in that direction so we will be able to find them by searching to those locations," said Alexander in response to Sophia's inquiry.
Meanwhile, the two boys who were carrying the huge boar were carefully running through their way home. As they do, William decided to say something.
"Brother Oliver, let me be the one to lift this boar. The two of us can't afford to let our guard down!" said William as they run.
"I understand, Brother William. Let me protect you then! Let's switch later!" said Oliver with a hint of a smile.
As he was about to get away from the boar, Oliver was able to sight a wild animal that was about to reach them. "BROTHER WILLIAM! THERE'S A DIRE WOLF!" he shouted at the next moment.
He immediately got his daggers from his system storage. Before the dire wolf reached them, he charged toward it without any fear in his heart.
The dire wolf tried to chomp him with its mighty fang but Oliver was able to block it using the two daggers in his hand. While he was holding the dire wolf, William charged toward it while he was equipped with his dual sword.
Due to his feral instinct, the dire wolf was able to sense the danger that was about to befall it so it immediately backs down on trying to chomp Oliver.
"It seems like we will be forced to hunt this one down, huh?" said Oliver with a smile.
"Yeah, brother. Our hands were tied on this one. It's either we kill it or it kills us so we need to choose the former!" shouted William as he charged toward the dire wolf.
Upon seeing his brother, Oliver decided to charge as well without a moment of hesitation.
Upon seeing the two charging toward itself, the dire wolf howled very loudly before it charged toward them.
'Why did it howl?' Oliver wondered to himself.
He was unable to continue thinking about it because the dire wolf begins to attack them ferociously.
Since he was the first one to charge, William was the one subjected to the initial attacks of the dire wolf. It continuously tried to chomp William ferociously. To defend against all of it, William used his dual swords to fend off the attacks of the dire wolf.
While his brother was defending against it, Oliver decided to use this chance to attack the ferocious wolf. Using his daggers, he tried to s***h the dire wolf's neck.
Unfortunately, the dire wolf's extreme feral instinct was able to feel him so it was able to dodge. Oliver was only able to scrape its neck without causing real damage to it.
While the dire wolf was distracted, William used his dual sword to slashed the dire wolf's front right leg.
Despite its great instinct, its body was unable to react in time so William succeeded in his undertaking. That's when Oliver used his dagger to stab both eyes of the dire wolf.
At the next moment, William slashed it into its death.
"Finally! That creature is really hard to deal with!" said William with a smile.
"Yeah, but I am wondering why did it howl earlier?" asked Oliver at the next moment.
Suddenly, the two of them heard numerous footsteps coming toward them from different directions.
"DON'T TELL ME THAT-!!?"
