"RAEL! Take my hand!"
Our gazes locked and the world seemed to stop, closing the gap between us while our hands taunted each other.
I gasped under the weight, but I will not falter, I will not break until I succeed.
"Hold on!" I said with gritted teeth, yanking him up into my embrace and our breath syncs at the closure.
"For a petite lass, you sure are strong."
