I figured if we could dodge Maunhouser’s patrols long enough to reach the cover of the asteroid field surrounding Tegra III’s moon, it would provide concealment for the rest of the distance.
Since the gate facility was supposed to be secret, even the few Maunhouser warships patrolling Tegra III couldn’t linger too near the moon or surrounding asteroid field.
