As We Grow

     Veny Dwi Rezeki or known as Vennie Nie by the people close to her, is a girl who was born from a small town known as Sendangsari, Wonosobo, Indonesia. Ever since she was a child, she had always dream of becoming a girl with an ‘American Dream’. When she was eight years old, she moved to live with her aunt after her parents divorce and her mother send her to study abroad when she was ten years old. Vennie graduated from Sunway University/College majored in accounting and finance. However, she had always love writing and literature as her hobby thus she became a part time writer. The time when she started to write 'As We Grow', Vennie was inspired by her life event. She wanted to pen down some memories from her youth into this novel, although some character and events does not represent the real situation.  Author's note;                        To all readers, there is a little message for you from my sincere heart;                                                                 To everyone out there,                                                                   it is okay to feel lost,                                                                it is okay to not be okay,                                                                it is okay to take a break.                                                                      Remember this,                                                            There will be light after darkness,                                                                  Do not give up on hope,                                                                Soon you will find your way.
