I groaned, feeling my wrists restrained as I stirred. It felt like there was a fog over my brain… My eyes were heavy, and the lights were way too bright for me to actually want to open them.
I could feel myself frown. I pulled on the restraints…
I whimpered, moving and tugging on the unmoving cuffs on my wrists. I felt like I was heating up. My skin was moist… I was sweating. I groaned again, inhaling sharply as I opened my eyes again. It was blinding- I blinked rapidly, trying to adjust to the lighting in the room.
My body ached. There was a sharp pain in my neck…
