Every Value has an opposite and it is very important to put this into perspective. When a person has no values they have no value to others. For instance an irresponsible person does not have the value of being responsible therefore they become a burden to others and end up having minimal resources. In Hindsight they might not have the consistency to hold on to a job or to pay the bills and at the end wind up homeless with bad credit. A disloyal person who doesn't have the value of loyalty can betray a person of authority (a person of value) and loose a job, important position, property, and as scary as it may sound the possibility's can sometimes be grave.
A person with no " Value" or no "Values" is lost in ignorance the self centeredness that blames society for their pitfalls blocks them from the true reality that there is more to society than just them. A person with no values would victimize themselves and put blame on others rather than come to touch with reality and realize that prosperity comes from the prosperity of others. In this world you either take or offer. The takers end up without resources And the people who have something to offer prosper while helping others prosper. there are instances where dishonesty an adversity of honesty, another value can have prosperity over others mishaps but those people's deeds eventually come to light and have to suffer consequences set by laws, vindictiveness, or acts of vengeance.
These are just two examples of how important values can be in a person's life and, how important it is to have them. most values if not all can consist of another value, for example responsibility consists of loyalty, respect, consistency, and compassion. Loyalty consists of respect, responsibility, consistency, and compassion. the opposite of being responsible would be irresponsible, disloyalty, inconsistency and be uncompassionate.
Every value always has an opposite which can rob a person of their good character. Character comes from the way society views a person. Someone who lives alone on an island wouldn't be able to display good character because there is no one to display good character to. In conclusion values are important in order to add value to another person's life and at the same time give a person self worth and confidence in one's abilities to achieve prosperity. A not so prosperous life would be based on a life that doesn't contain any values. the whole purpose of having positive values is to avoid pitfalls in life and become a blessing to others by giving others a positive example on how to move forward, offer opportunities, motivate, and inspire others to move forward.
A person with values can be easily recognized by the things they own or have for instance a house, a car, money, power, family's/ dependants etc. Not all people practice the values necessary to be friendly and approachable but just enough to acquire they're wants and needs. People of values do not normally associate with their opposites due to the burden of having an opposite in their circle that's where standards come in. people that have standards have boundaries that are uncrossable and are firm on their decisions of whom they associate with.
