Piper's Point of View
Once Mason had shot out of the office and Drew had been sent to talk to Jarred and Samuel, Ben and I cracked up laughing at everything that had happened.
"Oh my Goddess did you see his face," I giggled. "He seriously thought I would hand him over to a rival pack."
"You are an evil woman Piper Avery," Ben said whilst laughing.
"Guilty as charged, but I really think he'll be a better Wolf in the long run. You know, once he's got over it a bit." I chuckled.
Once I'd stopped laughing the agony that I had been expereincing for the last few hours crept back into my chest. It hurt so much that I felt like clawing my heart out so that it wouldn't cause me anymore pain. I bent over double and crashed to the floor.
"Holy s**t, Piper. What is it? Are you hurt."
