My first transformation into my wolf, ever. I just had my thirteenth birthday a week ago and it's the first full moon. Authors note: (they can turn after their thirteenth birthday on the first full moon since then.) Tonight I will be joining the others in my family as the newest wolf in the pack. LATER THAT DAY--- I am just finishing my braid in my hair as my mom walks in my room "Sierra are you ready?" my mom says with a big bright smile. " Almost mother" "Great! Do you need anything?" she says " no mother " i say while grabbing my converse and throwing them in my bag -- We pick up Lucia on the way to the transformation ceremony because her birthday is 3 weeks before mine, she will be transforming for the first time as well. "Hey Lucia" i say as she hops into the car. "Hey Sierra!" she says " Are you ready for tonight?" I nod my head in response and we drive off to where the ceremony is being held. As soon as we get there, there are tons of kids my age in a big circle with their parents standing around them; we join them. I start to hear my back crack and at that moment I knew it was time. The pain was excruciating, It took me the longest to transform resulting in cutting myself against the rough concrete. i then hear a voice in my head as soon as the pain stops. "Sierra." it calls " Yes?" i answer back. "My name is Lya, I am your wolf." I answer back and we talk for a bit and then I transform back to my normal self. --Later that evening I got home, took a shower, ate a slice of pizza and went to bed. Thinking of what i would do the next morning. I yawned then said goodnight to Lya and shut my eyes and drifted off to sleep.
