Chapter 8

third person's pov :

2 days passed very easily . right then , zara was getting ready for the reception . all the relatives and friends of shah family were invited . it was going to be a great event . zara's parents were also brought here .

zara was going to wear a beautiful navy blue dress . meer's clothes were also of the same colour .

when he entered the room , he saw zara checking herself while standing in front of the mirror . beautician and hairstylist were also standing behind her . latter ones left quickly after seeing him enter .

meer couldnt move from his place after seeing zara . she was looking very gorgeous .

zara came towards him " you are looking ethereal .i think we should leave now "he cleared his throat and said .

photo shoot was arranged to be done first . photographer was telling them to move closer .when zara didnt move , meer ended up pulling her towards himself . zara was getting irritated by his cool behaviour .

they were posing while looking towards each other . zara's hands were placed on meer's shoulder and meer's hands were on her waist .

"isnt he enjoying this a bit too much ?" zara thought and an idea stuck her mind .

she moved closer and smiled sweetly while looking at meer . meer was trying to understand what happened , when she placed her pencil heel on meer's foot and started grinding it . she still had the sweet smile on her face .

meer was feeling a lot of pain but he didnt show it on his face . he wrapped his arm around zara and twirled around . zara's heel was removed from his foot in this way .

when they went to reception , everyone was busy in gushing about how beautiful there couple was . it looked like they were match made in heaven . reception went well , zara's parents also looked quite satisfied after meeting meer's family .

after coming in the room , zara started taking her jewellery off . meer went to change . when he came out , he saw zara still busy in removing a necklace .

it seemed stuck in her side hair . zara was getting frustrated by then . " let me help " meer said and turned her towards himself .

meer started removing it . zara was getting really affected by his closeness . she could smell him , the warmth of his body was seeping into hers .she started fidgeting . after finally getting her necklace free from her hair , meer turned his head towards her .

zara also turned her head at the same time ,their lips touched for a mare second and zara moved backward while getting red .

meer also moved towards the bed without a word . it was getting difficult for him to control his emotions . zara also changed her clothes and laid down to sleep .

zara fell asleep really fastly . meer stayed awake for a long time that night . they had to go back to karachi tomorrow . meer didnt know where had this tour taken his relationship . but zara was atleast comfortable with him by then .
