INDULGENCE (This next story is dedicated to all those unfortunate folk, and there seems to be more and more of them around nowadays, who try so hard to lose weight.) Roger Haggerty loved eating, but it was also his worst problem. Mostly hard- up in his early years, he had to keep within the limits of his meager income as a clerk in a supermarket office. For Roger, the one advantage of his occupation was the allowance the staff enjoyed; to take home anything from the food and drink lines that were due to reach their expiration dates. The manager of the supermarket, it was only a small one, was always trying out new and exciting cuisine, so Roger was able to sample a wide variety of culinary delights. Naturally however, being exotic and tasty, the best items were also loaded with calories;
