“I learned to shoot when I was in training school to be a Thought Spotter,” said Firefly, thoughtfully. “Would you be willing to learn to shoot Thought Arrows once again?” I asked him hoping that he would jump at the opportunity. “I don’t think so, shooting Thought Arrows is not for me, I prefer just spotting thoughts and informing the Thought Librarian. Shooting arrows is for someone who is slimmer and faster than me,” said Firefly rubbing his belly and staring out into the distance with his fast and eager eyes as he spotted flitting thoughts and made notes, which were scratches on the large leaves of the tree we were sitting on.
