Chapter 3A part of Daniel was actually relieved, happy even, that he had spent the night watching himself glow. For one thing, it gave him something to think about besides the unbelievable scene he had witnessed. When his mind drifted to Lucy’s exquisite body, and his new, nameless desire for Charles, and the way they looked when they were together, he could refocus on the fact that his hands, and his feet, and his knees, and his erection—which clearly would be a permanent part of his life now—were glowing. It also gave him a reason to confront Charles. He had a reason to be angry. A damned good reason.
