We bought Charlie to her apartment after she got discharged from the hospital. I carried her up to her room. I took off her suit jacket and shoes and let her lay on her bed.
"Rest okay. I'll be downstairs if you need me. " I told her.

I walked towards the door and looked at her one more time before I stepped out of her room. I went straight to the living room where Chris and the twins are.
"You better leave. Just come back later. " Chris said.
