The air suddenly turned cold, not because of the chilly gaze that Lucia had in her eyes but because of the cold breeze that blew in around them causing Esme to rub her arms.
“I was elated when I saw you entering the hall, didn’t think you would make it.” She smiled at her ignoring Kyle’s gaze on her face. ‘Its quite exciting that you won’t let anything stop you from getting what you want. Just like me. You know men shouldn’t be the only set of people who are persistent.” Lucia stated with her enthusiastic smile on her face.
