When Two Beasts Fell in Love

Chapter 26

Deceiving people around you is not a good thing anyone should do. Because if it bites you back, it will be ten times more painful than what you did to others. 

The golden rule was made a long time ago, and it tackles one thing; whatever you did to others, it will get back to you. 

But for the werewolf community, it was nothing. Just a word to frighten them because, for them, they were superior to others. Most precisely were the Lycans and their Alpha who destroyed the peacefulness of the place 

Tonight, Angelique made a plan to expose them. Using the technology from humans and photos by the family they killed, she made a wonderful plan that everyone will be crazy to watch. 

She prepared all the things she needed, and with the help of Conor —who stood as her right hand for now— and with other warriors, they helped her to carry the equipment and saved their next victim. 

“Are you sure that this is the family?” Conor asked as he looked around. There was only one house here in one of the packs. It was a peaceful pack and no crime happened there yet, so they will stir some trouble to make this pack against Lily.  

“Yeah, this is the location that I heard.” She looked around and stood up. “Wait here.” They all nodded and waited for her next command. 

While she was walking into the house, a beautiful woman came out while carrying a bucket. Seems like she will fetch some water. Now, Conor understood why Lycans wanted to attack this house. It was because of the woman. 

The woman stepped back when she saw Angelique who’s hand was on her back and no weapon on her hand. The Alpha walked to her that made the woman feel nervous, not because she was afraid but because of the Alpha. Her cheeks were painted red when Alpha intently looked at her. 

“Good day! W-what can I help you?” the woman stammered. 

“Who’s living here with you?” Alpha asked, straightforward.

“M-my parents and siblings. My mother is inside while my father and brother are at work.” She didn’t know, but there’s a force that compels her to speak the truth. No bad vibes could be felt on the Alpha so she trusted her the first time she saw her. 

At the same time, a small girl came out of the house. Her eyes got wider when she saw the Alpha.  

“I saw you!” she screamed that startled the people inside. They all went out to look at what was happening. But all stopped when they saw it was just a woman, a beautiful one. 

“Really, baby girl? Where and when did you see me?” Alpha said then she knelt down to look at the young girl's eyes. By just looking at it, she already knew she was a great asset to have. This is also the reason why Lycans wanted to kill them. 

The young girl smiled and walked to her. She touched Angelique’s face, still smiling. “I saw you in my dreams. You killed a guy with an eye like you and you also have a baby. The Goddess blessed you at the same time with the baby.” To what she said, the people around them were startled. 

While Angelique caressed her head and looked at her in the eyes. “That is why I have to save you.” 

“Are they coming tonight?” she asked like she was frightened. She knew what was going to happen but she never knew when. 

“Yes. So, are you coming with me?” 

“Yes!” the young girl never thought twice and nodded to the woman she just personally saw now. 

“What are both talking about?" Their mother joined the conversation. 

Angelique stood up to talk to their mother. “I am here to save you from the Lycans. They’re going here by now. So, we need to relocate all of you.”

“What nonsense are you talking about? Our Alpha just assured us that this is the safest place for us to stay.” Their father came in and faced Angelique. He wanted to protect his family, so Angelique understood him. 

“Papa, she is telling the truth.” Their youngest interrupted him. He saw how her daughter became scared and wanted to run away now. He believed her daughter because he knew her daughter's ability. 

“We will go to the Alpha. He will help us.”

“No!/You can’t.” They were all startled when Alpha and the young girl went against his idea. 

“Why?” he asked them. 

“Because your Alpha was the one who led you all here. You are the sacrificial family he selected for the Lycans to kill. This is his sacrifice so Lycans won’t attack his territory.” The young girl also nodded to what Angelique had said. They were all startled again when this woman seemed to know many things. 

But the father couldn’t believe it. “But… but he is my brother.” 

“Who looks at you like a threat for his throne,” a lad talked for the first time. “I already suspected this, Papa. Especially when the Elders started to talk in private. He was threatened.” 

The man couldn’t believe what this said. He couldn’t react easily. 

But their conversation was interrupted when Conor emerged from the bashes. They knew that he was a Lycan so they became alert. 

“Don’t worry. Even though we are Lycans, too, we are different from them.” She turned to Conor and waited, to hear what he will say. 

“They are coming.” Angelique nodded and the other emerged from the bushes as well. 

“Go with them. They will lead you to safety. After that, we will talk about what you wanted to do. For now, our mission is to save you.” The father nodded and agreed with Angelique. 

They all went inside the house and took some important matters with them and they all walked in another direction. The warriors guided them to safety. 

The young girl looked back. “Thank you!” she whispered. Angelique only looked at her and walked inside the house and others followed her. 

“Put the woman and the kids inside the house. Then put some woman that was r*ped in here. Older women will be in the kitchen, and men on the windows, and outside.” Angelique ordered. 

They all nodded and put the small devices that produce holograms. It was so perfect that it was almost so real. It can be controlled by a phone and Angelique has it. 

“Alpha!” Conor bowed. “Everything is set.”

“Good! You can leave now and wait for me at the border. Leave everything to me.”

“I believe you will avenge them, Alpha,” Angelique smirked, which made Conor smile. 

“Let's wait.”

Conor bowed down again and left with the others. The sun was setting already; a time for Lily to come out. 

Angelique walked out of the house and looked for a place to hide. There’s only one door in this house, so she will position it in front of it. But if someone ran away, she was way faster than them. 

She hid in a big trunk of the tree and changed her clothes. She always wore her black suit so she could camouflage with her surroundings. Also, her sibling won’t complain about her dirty clothes. 

Angelique could hear the voices of Lycans. They were laughing and planning what they will do to the beautiful daughter. 

Angelique gritted her teeth but stopped herself from killing them. She prepared a wonderful gift for them. It was a waste if she spoiled it. 

She hastily jumped to the branch of the tree. Everything was set, with the control of her cellphone, a laughing sound of the family echoed inside the house. Outside, you can also see shadows of the family. 

Nearby, the Lycans stopped. 

“Wear your mask," one of them said. There were seven of them including the one who talks. 

Angelique smirked and wore her own mask as well. “I can’t wait for the big show.” She watched them in silence while playing with her phone. 

They all walked under Angelique without seeing she was there. When they are near, the laughter inside the house stopped. 

“Seems like they felt us. Let's do this fast!” the leader said in their mind link, but Angelique heard it. This is also one of her capabilities that no one could do, even the King. 

With their knife in their hand, they all went inside by destroying the door. Silence greeted them. The table was a mess that they assumed that the family was inside the bedroom. 

The leader pointed one of his men to look at every room. There are three rooms above, each room one of them walked inside. Two of them went to the kitchen while the other two remained in the living room.  

When everyone walked into every room, all of the doors closed. They were all shocked and tried to open the door but it won’t budge. 

Suddenly, a cry of a baby and children played in every room. In the living room and kitchen, the laughter and cry of women could also be heard. 

“W-what’s happening?” the one inside the room of the girls asked. A cry of a baby and a woman could be heard now. 

The guy cowered and stepped back until he pissed on his pants when he saw a bloody baby coming out of the bed. A woman’s head appeared above the table, blood flowing on her eyes. This two was the one he killed before. 

“No!” he screamed while running away from it. Wherever he looked, the head of the dead woman appeared. He trembled and screamed for help but no one came to rescue him. 

In the other room, one of the guys was already laying on the floor like a fetus. In front of him is a boy who was lying down too, but he was bloody and his body was chopped into pieces and on the other side of the room is another kid.

The guy couldn’t scream or make a sound because these two kids will speak too if he does. All he did was cry and asked for forgiveness. 

To the master’s bedroom, a guy tried to stab one of the women's bodies that appeared. But it suddenly disappeared that frustrated him. 

“You can’t fool me with this! This is not true!” he said then he laughed like a maniac. 

The woman appeared again and the guy tried to stab it again. The woman’s laugh echoed inside the room that drove the guy mad. 

In the kitchen, two guys were startled when two old women appeared. They were both asking if they were going to eat. What was more frightening, when these two women faced them, their faces had a big s***h on them and blood flowing from it. They knew these two women. 

“No!” They both screamed and ran to the living room. They were all trembling, and afraid. 

But they stopped when they saw what was scattered on the floor. A pool of blood with the chopped body of the beautiful lady they had r*ped and killed. It was crawling to them. 

They were all scared. All of them came out like a mad man. They ran in every direction just to get away with the house. They were also frightened when the guy's head that they killed showed up. They all ran away. 

But that’s not an easy task for them because Angelique was waiting for them. One by one, Angelique hunted them. 

Using her speed, she became like a wind. With the help of a voice changer, she frightened them more while killing them. 

One by one, she killed them. She did what they did to their victim. It was brutal and bloody that no one could recognize them. 

Until the leader’s time came. 

“Why did you kill me?” she whispered in his ear and vanished. The leader shivered when he saw no one was on his back but someone really spoke. 

“P-please, spare me. I am sorry.” he knelt asking for forgiveness. 

“Why? Did you spare me when I asked you too?” This was a woman’s voice. When he looked around, no one was there. 

“Please, stop!” he screamed while looking everywhere. For him, the place became eerie and he could hear every noise. One of the noises was the laughter of their victim. 

“Did you stop when I asked you?” a boy asked back. 

This thing kept going on and on until the guy became mad. Kept repeating the word that he was sorry. That he killed those families. 

She kept one of them, the leader, to tell all the people what they did. He went mad like what Angelique wanted him to be.

She smirked while looking at the guy who was running away but couldn't run away from his sin.
