I saw your vulnerability as the weakest link in your pack and knew it would make you an easy target."
Thessalia stared back at Xavier, her eyes narrowing in anger. "You're wrong," she said firmly. "My strength is what keeps my pack together. I may have vulnerabilities, but I am far from weak."
Xavier chuckled, the sound sending shivers down her spine. "Oh, I know how strong you are," he said, his voice dripping with sarcasm. "But that strength can be twisted and used against you, just as easily as it can be used for you."
