Pete and Tom
There was once a farm full of goats. All the goats were good and perfect, with correct posture, strong jaws, large nostrils, strong legs, and no bones sticking out of their bodies. But there was one goat named Pete that was not like the others, his stance was horrible, his legs were curved in, he had a major overbite, his walk was wobbly, and his belly was so big it dragged across the ground. He was always ignored and nobody wanted to be around him. One day, a group of bullies, led by a goat named Brad, thought it would be funny to make fun of Pete. They were only taunting him and calling him mean names the first day, but as it went on, they began to bully him more and more, to the point where they pushed him down a hill. Pete was sad and lonely because he was getting bullied every day for being different and he wished he could make a friend. One day he was walking through the forest and he came upon a squirrel named Tom. Tom didn't have any friends either and got bullied for being small. After talking for a while, they realized they were very much alike because they were both different from the others and became good friends. They decided to make plans to hang out in the park the next day. As Pete was on his way to meet Tom, Brad and his goons followed Pete while hiding in the thick bushes. Once Pete and Tom arrived at the park they sat down at a picnic table and Brad and his group sat right next to them. Brad began to throw things at Pete and Tom. He threw small pieces of wood, pieces of food, and he threw empty bottles at them. Pete and Tom saw who it was and decided not to say anything until Brad dumped some water on them. Tom and Pete left to go to a different area in the park. Where they played tag. Later on in the afternoon, Brad showed up with his g**g. They started messing with Pete and, at that point, Tom had enough of this stuff. Tom yelled at them to stop and leave them alone or he would get a bunch of his squirrel friends to beat them up, even though he didn’t have any friends besides Pete. After that, Brad and his squad never messed with Pete ever again. After they had stopped Brad, Tom had forgotten something at the park, so Pete went back home. When he got home, he realized that Tom didn’t have a home and he just lived in the woods. Pete ran after Tom, who was sadly walking through the forest. As soon as Pete saw Tom, he began to run faster. He caught up to Tom and told him he could live with him for as long as he needed until he could find his own home. Tom and Pete walked home happily. The end.
