The love of my life

I woke up at 3:00 in the morning cause I couldn't sleep I was too excited. To day was my eighteenth birthday which means I shift from human to wolf for the first time and I meet my mate. Since I couldn't sleep I got up to get ready for the day. I decided to wear a short black dress with black heels and I curled my hair and did my makeup. I looked in the mirror before leaving and something purred in the back of my head and said "hello I'm Kiara and may I just say you look hot" I said "it's nice to meet you Kiara and thank you" but I said that in my head she said "your welcome and I know for sure that our mate won't be able to his hands off you" I blushed and walked down stairs where I found my brother Jake making out with his girlfriend on the couch. I cleared my throat and said "you guys are up early" my brother is about six,two with dirty blonde hair and ocean blue eyes like me but my hair is brown. He is also 19 and has yet to find his mate. My brother stiffens looks at me and says "well so are you" he got up and went upstairs and came back down with a box in red wrapping paper and a black ribbon tied around it. My two favorite colors. I looked at him and smiled he said "I know you said you didn't want any gifts but when I saw this I thought of you and had to get Happy birthday lil sis" I started to cry and I said"thank you Jake I got you something to but you have to wait until you two are done with your little love session and I'm done making breakfast and coffee for the whole pack" he looked at me those ocean blue eyes and gave me the puppy dog face I looked at him and said" or I could open the one you got me and then go get yours" his eyes lit up and he smiled. "I think I'll go with the second one please" he said. I opened mine and in it was a brand new iPhone I looked up at him and said "you didn't have to do this. You could have just got me a necklace or something but a f*****g iPhone it's amazing thank you" he smiles and hugs me I then said "I need one of your blind folds" he looked at me with a confuses look and said "why" I said "you want your gift don't you?" He said "yes but you are starting to scare me a little" I laughed and grabbed a dish towel and tied it making sure it covered his eyes and walked up stairs. I went into my room and woke up my friend and told her that he's ready but I need you to get your scent to him before we walk down stairs. She looked up at me smiled and said "I have an idea" I got a little nervous because Naomi's ideas are really crazy. She explained her plan to me and it went a little like this "so I need you to take the shirt that I'm wearing and shake it close to the stairs and let the scent flow ok?" That wasn't a bad idea or a crazy one. I did as she said and watched my brother tense up a smile appeared on his face and then one on mine. I then told his girlfriend to beat it and that my brother was breaking up with her I have never laughed so hard in my life. She stormed out and then I brought Naomi downstairs and un blindfolded Jake.
