Chapter 5

Raven ran quickly to the cliff behind the base where at that time Arzoo fell into the ravine. Raven knew that place was the place that Arzoo used going frequently when he was off duty or to spend time alone, sitting on a large rock by the cliff. And sure enough, from a distance he can see Arzoo who is pensive sitting on one of the big rocks near the cliff and hugging his own knees. Hisfigure looks very small and lonely which makes people who see him want to pull him in a hug and take care of him, as well as Raven who sees Arzoo like that, Raven wants to hug that tiny body and share warmth with him so he doesn't feel lonely anymore.

Raven slowly approached Arzoo, he smoothed his hair which was messy because he was running and straightened his clothes too. The slightly rocky ground made the sound of Raven's footsteps sound quite loud as his boots stomped on the small rocks. Arzoo heard footsteps and turned so that Raven and Arzoo's eyes meet with each other. Arzoo spontaneously stood up quickly and wanted to run away but because the rock was not flat, Arzoo almost fell, luckily Raven quickly ran to catch him so that Arzoo didn't fall into the ravine in front of him. Raven grabbed Arzoo's hand and pulled him in a hug which made Arzoo stunned.

Raven hugged Arzoo's body and as if to share the warmth of his body with Arzoo, Raven hugged him tightly. Arzoo was silent for a moment then he tried hard to let go of Raven's hug but Raven hugged him even tighter and said quietly, "Calm down and listen to what I have to say".

Arzoo was silent and finally let Raven speak while hugging him. Raven, who sensed that Arzoo had calmed down, smiled and said softly, "I'm sorry, I'm really sorry. At that time, I should have been able to control my emotions. I don't remember what happened when we were kids, if you can tell me then I will listen to it and do anything to make up for it. If pretending not to know you and ignoring you is what you want then I will try to do it even though I really don't want to. I just want you not to hate me, Arzoo".

Arzoo pushed Raven's body slowly and Raven slowly released Arzoo from his embrace. Raven looked at Arzoo's reddened eyes as if tears were about to fall from his eyes. Arzoo now really looks into Raven's eyes for the first time Arzoo realizes that Raven's gaze shows the longing, regret and sadness that are directed at him. Arzoo said quietly, "I'll pretend it never happened so please let's cut all our previous ties and start all over. I'm Arzoo, just a member of the Phoenix special forces unit and you are Captain Raven, the Phoenix special forces unit's captain. Only that's all, please."

Raven sighed and looked deeply at Arzoo. Raven nodded slowly and said in a low voice full of sadness and disappointment "Okay, from today on I will do what you want".

Raven slowly let go of the hand that was holding Arzoo's arm and he slowly backed away from Arzoo. Arzoo smiled even though his eyes didn't show a smile and said, "Thank you, Captain Raven".

Raven nodded slowly and smiled "Sure".

Arzoo saluted and walked past Raven. Raven closed his eyes as if holding back his tears, as if holding back the sadness and disappointment he was feeling.

"Arzoo," Raven said quietly.

"Yes, Captain", replied Arzoo who had just passed Raven a few steps.

"It's okay, go away", said Raven who remained standing on the spot without moving an inch.

"Okay, Captain", replied Arzoo who immediately turned away leaving Raven alone.

"Arzoo, Arzoo", Raven muttered calling Arzoo's name and seemed to be waiting for an answer from Arzoo but the answer never came.

Raven looked into the distance and muttered "Arzoo, I want you".

It's been four months since the Phoenix unit was in Croatia. Winter had come and made the base covered with snow but the activities at the base were impossible to stop and let the troops rest to take shelter from the cold weather. It's been two months since Phoenix's unit investigated the Croatian traffickers as well as the group that had broken into the base. This time the Phoenix unit had done a lot of preparations and plans to capture the dealers and the group. The spies from the Phoenix unit have found the location of the group's headquarters and based on the results of investigations inside the headquarters there are dozens of children being held captive for sale later. After drawing up a plan, the Phoenix unit is ready to set out to rescue the captured children and also capture the dealers.

"Team A will prepare in their respective positions to monitor remotely and see conditions in the area. Team B will walk first to see the conditions inside and clear the way for Team C. Then Team C enters to look for the whereabouts of the children who have been caught captured and focused on evacuating them. Team D will go in and focus on guarding Team C if there is an enemy attack. Team E and I will focus on capturing the dealers. If Team C is out and evacuated the victims, Team C immediately goes with Team D to bring the children to the assembly point and prepare to leave when all teams have returned. If within 3 hours no Team has returned, Team F waiting at the assembly point immediately takes a vehicle to enter the area and notifies the headquarters to send help", said Raven explaining to all the members who took part in the mission.

"We'll be there in a bit, be careful and take care of yourselves," Raven continued before he checked his equipment again.

"Okay, Captain", answered all the troops.

It was snowing quite heavily, the ground was covered with a layer of snow and the night was very cold. Arzoo was in Team A and immediately descended for a moment until he reached the assembly point which made his shoe stamps in the snow. Team F will stay in the car and monitor the area and also be ready if help is needed or be ready when the evacuation is complete. Team A immediately dispersed to find a hidden place that can be used for long-range shooting and also to see the conditions around the area. Arzoo ran along with four other people from Team A quickly to a ruined building that had 4 floors and spread to each floor. Without Arzoo realizing it, Raven who was still standing in front of the car looked at Arzoo who was getting further away from the gathering point.

Arzoo was on the 3rd floor and immediately looked for the best position, after finding it he immediately said quietly, "Snipper 3 is in position".

From the headsets all the soldiers were wearing, Raven heard Arzoo's voice appear after the other soldiers' voices. Raven joins in with Teams C, D, and E after William reports that everyone is in position. Raven entered the hall which was quite dark. The cold night atmosphere made the atmosphere even more tense.

Team B led by William was already in the building and the guards in the building had been disabled by him so that the next team could enter the building smoothly and quickly. Raven immediately signaled to Teams C and D to immediately walk to the location suspected to be a place of detention for the children, while Raven and team E walked in another direction which was suspected to be a place where the dealers lived and gathered. William nodded at Raven and Raven immediately left. William watched the location of the members from his tablet screen and observed the location marked with an X which was the location of the dealers.

William spoke over the radio that sounded to Raven, "15 meters more turn left there will be a room, it's the dealer leader's room. I don't know how many people are guarding it and how many people are inside so be careful".

Raven didn't answer and instructed the soldiers behind him to stop and slowly Raven walked first and quickly white wolf ears appeared instead of human ears. Raven closed his eyes and his wolf ears twitched then his eyes opened, Raven gave instructions to the soldier behind him and quickly the soldier rolled a small ball towards the people who were guarding in front of the room that William mentioned. The guard in front of the room didn't notice and a few moments later they all fell down and fell asleep. Raven who saw that immediately walked towards the room and instructed the soldiers behind him to start tying up the sleeping guards and get them out of there. Raven prepared to enter the room and so did the other soldiers, Raven knocked on the door of the room and heard a voice from inside, "What's wrong?".

The door opened and Raven pointed his gun at the person who opened the door. Seeing that the ones who came were not friends but foes, the people inside immediately took out their weapons and scattered to run away and try to fight Raven and his soldiers. A truce and a chase ensued which made the situation in the building become noisy with gunshots from various directions. William was also no longer in his position and joined the pursuit of the dealers. Team C and Team D had also come out of the building along with the children who were held hostage who looked very thin and neglected. Team A who was on guard from afar started to do their job, just like Captain Raven said if the dealers tried to escape, team A would paralyze them by shooting them in the legs and guard if there was a truce that got out of control.

Arzoo observes the situation and sees Raven who is chasing the dealers who turns into a werewolf and also Raven paralyzes the dealers that runs away quickly which makes Arzoo amazed. From the headset someone could hear someone saying, "There is an reinforcements from the enemy coming!!!".

The sound from the headset was getting more and more messy until Raven's voice sounded, "Teams C and D immediately take the hostages to the gathering point.. Ugh".

"Captain? ", the soldiers were shocked because Raven's voice suddenly disappeared and there was a loud gunshot.

Arzoo immediately panicked and immediately looked for Raven's position but he did not see Raven's whereabouts. William took over and his voice was hurried, "Get the hostages out of here first!! Team A is looking for the captain's position and team E!! Team B is bringing the captured dealers with the hostages to the assembly point, make sure they're unconscious. Some of Team F took Teams C and E along with the hostages and prisoners away, some other Team F waiting other team as they prepared to pick other team up."

Team A's voice was heard cutting William's words, "Vice-captain, helicopters are approaching here, enemy air raids are coming!!".

"Team A disable the helicopter!!", said William.

"Raven!!", shouted William looking for Raven on the side of the building.

"Bomb!!! Everyone get out of the building!!!", screamed Snipper 4 on the 4th floor which is in the same building as Arzoo.

Arzoo quickly stood up and ran down from the building, on the second floor Arzoo saw Raven who turned out to be near the side of the building and was fighting with several other werewolves. Arzoo sees Raven surrounded and doubts whether he should stay in this building to help Raven take down the other werewolves or get down from the building before the bombs come. When Arzoo hesitated, Snipper 4 just got down and immediately pulled Arzoo down, "What are you thinking? Get down quickly!".

Arzoo descended with Snipper 4 and William's voice was heard from the headset, "Everyone back off!! Too many enemies!".

Arzoo hesitated and stopped which made Snipper 4 turn around "What are you thinking again? The vice captain told us to back off, let's hurry!!".

Arzoo ignores it and immediately runs to Raven's place and shoots the enemies that get in his way but the enemies are too many and make the bullets that Arzoo uses run out quickly. William who was also still holding back the enemy saw Arzoo and immediately screamed, "What are you doing here!! Go away!".

Arzoo didn't care and continued to shoot at the enemy quickly even Arzoo shot the enemy who had targeted the shot at William's head. Arzoo said seriously without turning around and focused on shooting at the enemy, "Raven is still at the side of the building".

William replied sarcastically, "What can hurt him, you will only add to the burden".

Arzoo didn't care and saw that his bullets were running low, he just finished his bullets without reloading and threw the contents of the bullets at William and Willian caught it. A moment later, Arzoo turned into a werewolf with light gray wolf ears and tail that came out first then his hands began to turn into sharp claws and quickly Arzoo killed the enemy and ran towards Raven's place. When Arzoo arrived at the place where Raven was fighting, Raven's white wolf fur was covered in blood-red stains. Seven on one that overwhelmed Raven and almost got bitten by his opponent attacking from behind. Just then, Arzoo entered the fight and pushed the opponent who almost bit Raven's neck.

Raven turned and saw Arzoo's face, Raven was so shocked, "Arzoo!!!".

Raven saw Arzoo's arm was injured from the werewolf's bite earlier and made Raven worried and very angry, his fighting ability immediately rose and made the opponent a little doubtful and scared. Arzoo said, "Bomb, airstrike! Let's get out of here quickly".

The werewolves that attacked Raven also looked like they didn't want to fight anymore and were about to leave but Raven quickly caught one of them and killed it in one fell swoop. The sound of helicopters and gunfire from above sounded so loud. "Raven!! Arzoo!! Quickly retreat!!", William's voice from a distance.

Raven immediately turned into a complete wolf and Arzoo who saw it also immediately turned into a complete wolf. Arzoo was about to run but because his arm was injured, he was in pain but Raven quickly bit his neck and carried Arzoo away. William who also ran away from the building saw Raven and immediately jumped on Raven's back. Raven quickly ran to the gathering point, Team F who had been preparing to go saw the arrival of William riding a wolf was a little surprised but William immediately woke them from the shock, "Hurry up!!!".

Hearing William's orders, the driver of the car immediately stepped on the gas and quickly left the place. Raven caught up to the speed of the car and quickly got to the side of the car and jumped into the car which made the troops on top of the car immediately get out of the way. William got off Raven's back and Raven also released his bite from Arzoo's neck, Arzoo immediately got up and was about to change but Raven whispered "You better not change first".

William who was nearby heard it too and immediately took the blanket that was in the car and gave it to Arzoo and Raven. Raven quickly transforms back into a human, his mighty body looks so manly that all eyes are on him. Chen, who was also there, covered Arzoo's body and made Arzoo's body invisible to others when he turned into a human. However, Arzoo's white shoulders and slender neck still tempt those who see him, including Raven who immediately swallowed his saliva when he saw it.

The sound of helicopter gunfire was heard chasing their car and made Raven no longer focus his eyes on Arzoo and immediately ordered them to enter the building that was not in use. Entering the building, William communicated with the other team who were carrying hostages and the captured bookie and told them to return to base first. Raven who was wearing pants got out of the car and quickly climbed to the wall of the tallest building and shot the helicopter until it lost control and fell. However due to gunfire from the helicopter, Raven gets shot in the leg so when he gets back to the car, Raven looks pale and walks with a limp.

"Auw.. Ughh..", Arzoo endured the pain as the doctor treated his wound.

"Just a little more," said the doctor who also looked horrified at the wound on Arzoo's arm.

"The wolf bite is very scary", said the nurse who helped the doctor.

The doctor only glanced at him for a moment and said to Arzoo "It's done. Don't get the wound in the water".

"Okay, doctor. Thank you", said Arzoo who stood up from his seat.

The doctor just nodded and immediately turned to another patient. Arzoo walked back to his room and saw Raven sitting on the terrace of the captain's room with his leg bandaged. Arzoo at first just nodded respectfully at Raven but after that he turned again and walked over to Raven who was still shirtless.

Raven looked at Arzoo who was walking towards his and finally opened his mouth "How's your wound?".

Arzoo continued to stare at Raven's feet and didn't answer Raven's question until Raven finally said "Just a small gunshot wound just a few days and it will heal".

Arzoo nodded and said before turning to leave "Hm, I'm going back to my room, Captain".

Raven just watched him leave but after a few steps Arzoo walked, Raven called him "Can you help me? I wanted to go to the bathroom but William left me here".

Arzoo turned and stared at Raven for a while before finally nodding and walking towards Raven. Raven reached out her hand and Arzoo pulled her to stand up, Raven leaned on Arzoo's shoulder and walked slowly with Arzoo's help but Raven tried not to burden Arzoo with all her body weight. Arriving at Raven's room, Arzoo took Raven into the bathroom.

"Hmm, I'll excuse myself first", said Arzoo who backed out of the bathroom was about to leave Raven.

But Raven immediately grabbed Arzoo's hand and said pleadingly, "Just a minute, help me take a shower. Please".

Arzoo who saw Raven like that couldn't bear to refuse and finally couldn't help but sigh and nod. Raven smiled and said, "Thank you. Then can you help me take a seat over there?".

Arzoo took a chair and set it under the shower and helped Raven sit. Raven saw the bandage on Arzoo's arm and said, "Be careful not to let the water get on your wound".

"Hmm", Arzoo helped Raven take off his pants and only left her boxers.

Raven was about to take off his boxers but Arzoo screamed "No!!!".

Raven turned and smiled mischievously, "Why? Aren't we both men?".

Arzoo looked at Raven sharply and immediately sprayed Raven's face with a shower. Raven immediately screamed and laughed, "Hey hey, watch out my leg wound will get wet".

Arzoo immediately became more careful helping Raven take a bath. When Raven finished bathing, Arzoo was about to get a towel for Raven but he was surprised when Raven sprayed water on him and said "I will help you take a bath, come here!".

Arzoo immediately refused, "No thanks".

"You're wet, come here! I'll help you take a shower so you don't get hurt", said Raven not giving up.

"No need. I can bathe myself, captain", said Arzoo refusing.

"This is an order! Come here quickly," said Raven, pointing to the side.

Arzoo sighed and approached Raven. Raven who was sitting on a chair with one leg stretched out on the other, patted the thigh of her uninjured left leg and told Arzoo to sit on his thigh. Obviously making Arzoo shocked and refused but Raven immediately pulled Arzoo's body so that Arzoo sat on his lap and said, "Take off your clothes".

Arzoo who had been soaking wet finally gave up and took off his clothes. Arzoo felt somehow today he felt he couldn't refuse Raven's words, ever since he saw Raven fighting several werewolves at once and getting injured made him feel very worried, scared and wanted to be beside him.

Raven saw Arzoo who took off his clothes including his pants which only left boxers made Raven swallow his saliva and felt that today was very hot but also he felt that today even though he had just returned from a pretty tough fight but he felt happy and happy because today he felt Arzoo who was like this, followed all his wishes. Maybe it was because he was hurt that Arzoo was kind to him.

Raven helped Arzoo take a bath and his palms which had callus gently touched Arzoo's body, spreading the soap onto Arzoo's soft skin. Every part of the body that Raven held made Arzoo tremble and shudder but he also came to be touched again and again by Raven. Arzoo turned and saw Raven who was looking at him very deeply which made Arzoo's heart beat fast and without him realizing it now their lips were together.
