Raven And His Omega

Chapter 4

"Arzoo, can I ask you a question?" asked Raven who saw Arzoo eating.

Arzoo who was chewing his food fell silent and looked at Raven with an innocent look, nodding. Raven was stunned to see Arzoo's innocent face and said quietly, "Arzoo, did you really not know me before?".

Arzoo put down his food and lowered his head, silent for a while before replying quietly, "I didn't know you before, Captain. Has the captain met me before?".

Raven fell silent and stood up from his seat, he tidied up Arzoo's leftovers and looked out the window. Raven's silence made Arzoo feel a little uneasy and thought that Raven was angry with him but after a while Raven closed the window curtains and said quietly but loudly enough for Arzoo to hear, "Maybe we've met before, I don't remember either. I just feel like we've met before. I feel i saw you before."

Arzoo who heard Raven's answer could only look down and said very quietly as if he was muttering to himself "It's better like this".

Raven turned and looked at Arzoo as if he heard what Arzoo said. Raven approached Arzoo and said, "Get some rest".

Raven just looked at Arzoo with a look that looked sad and disappointed but only for a few seconds and when Arzoo looked at Raven, Raven had returned as usual and immediately turned away and left Arzoo alone.

Raven who came out of the clinic immediately met with Gial and Chen who came to visit Arzoo. The two immediately saluted Raven but Raven ignored them and walked away quickly. Gial and Chen felt that their captain right now looked angry so they both didn't say anything and went straight to the clinic because they were afraid that their captain had just scolded Arzoo who was sick.

Raven returned to his room and lay down on his bed, William who had been asleep immediately woke up hearing the sound of Raven laying down hard on the bed.

"You are already back? I thought you'd be with him until tomorrow morning," said William who sat up and took a document from his bedside table and tossed it to Raven who was lying across from him.

Raven quickly caught the documents that William threw before it hit his face and read the documents while lying down. His cold looking face showed a slight frown on his forehead and his eyes narrowed as he read the document.

"What do you think?" asked William who lay back down.

Raven sighed and spoke seriously, "I will contact the General first before making a decision. Tighten the security of the base!".

"Hmm," William agreed.

William seemed to remember something and sat back down, "Hey, how about Prince Noah? His Highness looks like he really likes you".

Raven continued to read the document in his hand, before finally answering William's question lazily, "He will only be the younger brother of my sister-in-law. I was never interested in him".

William lay back down after hearing Raven's words and said, "Because Prince Noah has heat, some of the alphas have gone into a rut. But seeing as you are normal, I'm sure you won't be affected by Prince Noah's pheromones".

Raven finished reading the document and placed it on the side of the bed and said casually, "I've never been affected by omega pheromone, let alone a omega pheromone from hybrid like Prince Noah. That's not a problem at all".

"Hmm, but you are clearly interested in that boy even though he is beta", said William adjusting his sleeping position.

"...", Raven just stayed silent and looked at the ceiling of his room.

Since that night, Arzoo hasn't met Raven yet. What Arzoo knows, Raven went to accompany Prince Noah around Croatia to see the state of the Canadian soldiers in Croatia and met soldiers from other countries as well. After that, Arzoo knew that Prince Noah had returned to Canada with the Eagle Unit but after that, Arzoo had not met Raven again until it's unknowingly had almost a month since the Phoenix Unit was in Croatia.

"Hey, have you heard that another unit is coming?" said Chen, who had just come with his food and sat beside Arzoo.

"Oh, I've heard from Gial before that when the Eagle Unit was on duty here there were other units that were not included in the special forces unit who also served here and some of them were juniors aged 15-20 years", said Garim who was very excited to tell Arzoo and Chen who was in front of him.

"Wow, I can't wait to see them coming, cute kids hahaha", said Chen who laughed.

"I don't think you can say they are cute kids", Garim said seriously.

"Why?", Arzoo stopped his spoon and asked.

"What I heard is that the juniors who come are not just random juniors, but they are dominant alpha werewolves who have participated in military training since childhood, so even though they are young, I think we will lose competitiveness with them," said Garim who looked at Arzoo seriously.

"I think you have to be careful Arzoo because I'm sure they will target you", said Garim who saw Arzoo's face which looked very gentle.

"What it's to do with Arzoo?" Chen asked confused.

Garim stood up and moved to sit between Chen and Arzoo, then said quietly, "Look, Arzoo has a beautiful face, smooth, soft, slender body and smells very good. Don't werewolves don't care about gender? Many werewolves from our unit was targeting Arzoo but because of Captain Raven, no one dares to approach Arzoo but if the juniors are coming, they are still young they can't necessarily control themselves from touching Arzoo, right? ".

Arzoo removed Garim's hand and glared at him "I'm a beta, an alpha werewolf won't touch a beta without pheromones like me".

"But doesn't your pack's leader also have an alpha as his partner?" asked Garim who stood up from his seat.

Arzoo glanced at him sharply but just kept quiet and took his plate to put it away. Chen patted Garim's hand and said, "Be careful when you speak. As far as I know Arzoo is quite close to the leader of the pack and I also heard that since his parents are died, they take care of Arzoo like their own child".

"Then you can say that Arzoo is still related to Captain Raven?" Garim said thoughtfully.

"Huh? Why?", said a confused Chen.

Garim sat back down and said “Doesn't captain Raven have the last name Harold? Their pack's leader also has the last name Harold right?”.

Chen realized something and said "Ah, doesn't General Sigwald also have the last name Harold?".

Arzoo came and said in a whisper "General Sigwald is the father of our captain Raven and also General Sigwald is the younger brother of the leader of the pack, Mr. Torin Harold".

"Ah!!", Chen was surprised to hear Arzoo whispering in his ear.

"Oh, then you've known Captain Raven for a long time?", asked Garim with a strange smile.

Arzoo just looked at him and said "No".

Arzoo walked away ignoring Chen and Garim. In front of the cafeteria, Raven stood leaning on the iron pole in front of the cafeteria door. Raven looked at Arzoo who had just come out and said quietly, "Let's talk".

Arzoo was clearly shocked and seemed to want to avoid Raven, but Raven's sharp gaze that seemed to show anger made Arzoo seem glued and could only follow Raven's wishes. Raven turned to walk first, Raven walked towards the captain's room. Arzoo just followed behind him a few meters behind Raven, he kept his head down and occasionally looked at Raven, seeing his very strong back. Throughout the journey Raven was silent and would occasionally answer the greetings of the soldiers who met him.

Raven opened the door to the captain's room which was now only used by himself because the Eagle unit had returned to Canada. Raven came in and walked straight to the dispenser and made himself a cup of coffee. Arzoo just stood near the door which was still not closed and saw Raven who was making coffee, for some reason Arzoo felt Raven was very angry with him.

"Shut the door," Raven said coldly without turning around.

Arzoo immediately closed the door but didn't lock it and stood up straight again waiting for Raven to speak. Raven grabbed his cup of coffee and turned to face Arzoo. Raven slowly approached Arzoo but he just passed Arzoo and locked the door of his room then he turned back to the window and closed the window tightly. The room that was once brightly lit by sunlight coming in from the windows and doors has now become dark, with only a small amount of sunlight entering from between the walls and windows.

"Say it, Arzoo", said Raven who sounded very cold but there was still tenderness and hope in his voice.

Raven turned his back to Arzoo and just stood facing the window that he had closed which made Arzoo unable to see the expression Raven had at this time. Arzoo looked at Raven and said quietly "What should I tell you, captain?".

Raven immediately put his coffee cup so hard on the table that the voice startled Arzoo. The coffee that had just been drunk a bit spilled on the table and dripped wet the papers on the table. Raven turned and looked at Arzoo, the sunlight that slipped in from the gaps made Raven's light brown eyes look like they were sparkling and Arzoo realized how deep Raven was looking at him and that right now Raven was really angry.

"Captain.. ", Arzoo said very quietly and he realized that the pheromone from Raven was aimed at him, not the pheromone that seduced but the pheromone that suppressed someone.

"Don't call me captain," said Raven looking annoyed.

"Huh", Raven sighed and leaned back on his desk.

"Until when are you going to be like this? Why are you like this?", asked Raven slowly holding back his emotions.

"Raven, should I call you Raven? what's the difference if I call you Raven or call you Captain, it's all the same", said Arzoo who remembered his childhood when he first met Raven and somehow he became emotional and said loudly.

Raven looked at Arzoo in shock and pulled Arzoo's hand to come closer to him, "What? Why are you like this? What happened before you disappeared? Arzoo tell me what happened, please".

Arzoo tried to let go of Raven's hand but Raven's strength was clearly far greater than Arzoo's so he couldn't dodge and could only let himself to standing very close to Raven. "Let go of me, I don't want to talk to you!!"

Raven seemed unable to contain his emotions anymore and immediately pushed Arzoo to his desk and made him lose his balance so that Arzoo's waist hit the table so hard. Raven held Arzoo's body on the table and said in annoyance "What did I do to you before? Did I do anything wrong to you to make you like this to me? Tell me! ".

Arzoo looked at Raven annoyed and said "You made a mistake so big that I can't forgive you anymore. So let me go!! let me go!!".

Raven brought his face closer to Arzoo which made Arzoo lean back even more so that he almost lay on the table. Raven said in his hoarse voice, "Tell me, what I did wrongly to you so I can apologize and do what I should do to make up for it".

"If you die then I will forgive you", said Arzoo coldly but without realizing it he had tears from the corners of his eyes, don't know what was buried in his heart until he say that to Raven.

Raven rested his head on Arzoo's shoulder and said as if muttering, "Is that how big of a mistake I didn't know it was to make you want me to die?".

Arzoo heard it and said quietly to keep the tears from coming out of his eyes, "Forget it, just don't bother me and pretend that we don't know each other and just act like a captain and...".

Raven suddenly brought his face closer to Arzoo's and looked at him with a sad look "But I can't do it".

Arzoo widened his eyes hearing Raven's words before his vision was covered by Raven's hand and his lips felt the soft lips of the person in front of him. Raven kissed Arzoo's lips but only put his lips on Arzoo's for a long time without doing anything. Arzoo was just silent and did not resist the kiss from Raven but also did not respond. Alpha pheromone fills the room even though Arzoo has taken heat medicine but this very rich alpha pheromones make triggered his heat .

Arzoo immediately tried to get away from Raven but Raven used the opportunity to put his tongue in Arzoo's mouth and started kissing his hard and deep. Raven removed his hand that covered Arzoo's eyes and gently stroked Arzoo's hair and held Arzoo's head so as not to hit the objects on his desk. Raven's other hand starts to touch Arzoo's body and raises Arzoo's leg to his chest but Arzoo refuses and kicks Raven's chest hard but Raven who has a sturdy body only moves back a little and immediately catches Arzoo's leg and holds it hard enough that Arzoo can't move anymore .

Arzoo opened his eyes and tears welled up in his eyes. Arzoo's hand struggles to push Raven away from him but his strength is not much so Raven still holds him. Arzoo was kissed by Raven until he ran out of breath so Arzoo finally grabbed Raven's hair and turned his face away. Saying so hard while taking a breath, "Do you want to kill me too?".

Raven was shocked by Arzoo's words and as if realized, Raven immediately released Arzoo's body and took an injection in his trouser pocket, an injection of rut medicine. Raven without thinking immediately injects the rut medicine into his hand hard enough that Arzoo is surprised to see it. Raven endured the pain and sat on the floor, Raven looked at Arzoo who was still sitting at his desk. Raven said in a hoarse and low voice, "Go!!".

Seeing Raven who was sweating cold and had just injected the rut medicine very roughly, Arzoo felt confused and also worried so he just stood staring at Raven who was sitting on the floor. Seeing Arzoo who was still standing at Raven's place immediately jolted him, "Go!! Get out of here quickly!!".

Arzoo realized and immediately walked out of Raven's room while tidying his clothes and hair. While in Raven's room, Arzoo was used to the dark but when he opened the door and looked out the light made him a little dizzy and his eyes only saw dimly. Arzoo closed the door to Raven's room and stood in front of the door for a while, Arzoo heard a growl from inside Raven's room and he just kept quiet and touched his lips which were red, wet and there were bite wounds.

The Juniors that Chen and Garim were talking about finally actually came. As they expected, the juniors who came were really elites, alpha werewolves who had participated in military training since young. One of them was a Harold, the younger cousin of Captain Raven, Keil Kaleid Harold. Keil is the son of Kincaid Harold who is the younger brother of General Sigwald Harold and leader of the pack, Torin Harold. Keil himself is an alpha dominant and only joined the military after finishing high school, but his ability has been recognized not only for his physical strength but also for his marksmanship and not forgetting his brain abilities which are known to be very smart.

Receiving a new junior, Raven gave a warm welcome and with a smile on his handsome face. After a brief welcome, Raven invites the juniors to take a look at the base area and also tells the rules at the base.

Since that day, Arzoo and Raven haven't spoken to each other anymore in fact both of them are clearly avoiding each other. Chen clearly noticed that Arzoo was avoiding Captain Raven so clearly and began to feel that Captain Raven and Arzoo's relationship was looking more strange and suspicious. Although Raven and Arzoo didn't interact much from the start, this time it seemed to Chen that they were avoiding each other and still in fighting. Chen also remembers that when he boarded the plane to Croatia, Captain Raven also kicked him out so he could sit alone with Arzoo and also before Captain Raven often stole a glances to Arzoo when they were together but now both captain Raven and Arzoo would avoid each other's gaze even when side by side on the road, Captain Raven chose to turn around.

Chen asked Arzoo carefully, "Arzoo, may I ask you something?".

Arzoo who was standing in front of the headquarters gate on guard turned to Chen who was standing on the other side of the headquarters gate, "What?".

Chen hesitated a little but finally got up the courage to ask, he walked up to Arzoo and said softly in Arzoo's ear, "Are you and captain Raven having a secret relationship?".

Arzoo immediately flinched and distanced himself from Chen, saying a little loudly, "What secret relationship? There is no such thing".

Chen looked at Arzoo in disbelief, "But you guys look weird lately, like a couple fighting".

Arzoo just glared at him and said more calmly, "It's not like that, just a slight misunderstanding".

"Really?", Chen still couldn't believe it.

"Then just ask Captain Raven directly and return to your position", said Arzoo pushing Chen away from him.

Chen walked back to his position and muttered, "I'll ask captain Raven directly later".

Sure enough, that afternoon Chen actually approached Captain Raven to ask about Captain Raven and Arzoo which made him so curious. Raven who was sitting in the courtyard of the captain's room and watching the newly joined juniors who were still training in the field was surprised by the arrival of Chen who brought reports in and out of the vehicle from the headquarters that greeted him.

"Captain Raven", said Chen who was standing behind Raven.

Raven who was a little surprised because he was still day dreaming and stare at the training juniors immediately turned his head, "Oh, what's wrong? You scared me".

"Hehe, Captain. I want to give a report on the vehicle used this week. Here", Chen gave the report to Raven.

Raven accepted it and only looked at it for a moment then went back to observing the training of the juniors. Chen remained standing behind Raven until Raven turned back and asked, "What else?".

Chen just smirked and sheepishly said, "Captain, may I ask a question?".

Raven who saw Chen like that turned around and motioned for Chen to sit down and said, "What? About Arzoo?".

Chen was surprised that Captain Raven could guess it and said in awe, "Wow, amazing captain I haven't asked anything but you captain already knows".

Raven glanced at Chen who was sitting on the floor next to him and said "You are close to Arzoo so you are most likely asking about him and you are not the type to ask about work with me".

Chen nodded and said, "Arzoo has been very strange lately, usually he is quite cold and indifferent but now he seems to be in another world, really just silent and every time he sees you captain he will look sad and like want to say something but he also always avoids the captain. Isn't that strange happening to a superior and subordinate?".

Raven turned to look at Chen for a moment but then looked back at the front and said, "Hm, very strange indeed. Maybe because they're not just superior and subordinate? But it would be better if other people didn't interfere in that, it's their personal business".

Chen paused and stood up from his seat then said, "Arzoo has been hurt enough and he has suffered enough, I hope the captain doesn't add burden and pain to him. As his best friend I just want him to be happy".

Raven turned to Chen who was patting his pants and was about to answer but Chen had preceded him and said, "Sorry if I interfered in your personal business, captain. I'm sorry. Then, I'm going".

Raven just nodded "Hm".

Raven was silent for a moment before finally getting up from his seat and running quickly towards a place where he was sure that person would be there.
