Doing a criminal act is one thing, being caught as a criminal is another cynosure, that strips a criminal's mind, of whether to keep up with criminal activities or not. Crime propagates itself in several forms, but no one is recorded as a criminal till they are caught and probably prosecuted. Courrrt! Jake was sitting in the courtroom, lost in mind with his head bowed down. Handcuff shackles were on his both hands, as he sat helplessly waiting for the judge to step into the room. The moment he raised his head, he beheld a woman judge coming to a position of power, that will ultimately determine his fate at the moment in time. At the hearing of the sonorous voice in court, crossed. Inside courtroom A7, were the prosecutors, prison warders, lawyers, and people who showed concern for the case of the accused. And there was also the complainer pastor Biro, who filed a case against Jake. A young man approached the frontline of the chambers, who happens to be the prosecutor against Jake. The prosecutor stepped forward, presenting paper documentation of the accused case, to the judge on her desk. Everyone had already sat back sitting, anticipating the outcomes of the case they came for. The judge took up the papers, that were placed in front of him and kept flipping them while reading through them. The Judge then, gave an order to the prosecutor of the accused to proceed. The prosecutor gesticulated clearing his throat, and proceeded. "my lord, here is the young man caught in the act threat to life, and beside him his pastor Biro, who had filed this case against him on the grounds of attempted murder". The pastor Biro, stood up for recognition. He is a plump-looking man, with a sack cement body structure, with grey hair of an unfortunate man's form, dressed in unwell-sized local corporate suite wear, with a mean look of molestation on his face. Jake looked at pastor Biro's face and saw a justification aura, along his entire expression. It is easy to see that Biro wants him reprimanded in prison, for the fact that Jake almost got him shot one night while discovering pastor Biro was stealing from his hustled acumen, he had hidden in the wrecked local church, which already looked abandoned. Biro already had a supposed relationship with Jakes's dad as a member of the church, who was financially supporting the ministry. The local church started from this abandoned branch before it moved to a bigger cathedral. Pastor Biro was a begging pastor, one of the residing low-class pastors, to the bishop of the main cathedral. The bishop of the main cathedral was a short-looking person, mean, adamant, and lacking virtues of true love for church members, as he delighted so much in worshipping money. A bishop is good at extorting members in the name of tithe, offering, and building to himself. After members' funds, claims they are all giving all to him, while feeding fat on the ignorant member's resources, without a tangible enviable blessing in their lives like his. Pastor Biro is one of the slaved pastors, who picked up crumbs to eat at the feet of this self-centered bishop. He intends to prosecute Jake by every means, because they already engaged, in a serious interpersonal disagreement. This was because Biro was enjoying picking up most of the goodies, and Jake stocked up at a hidden place in the abandoned church premises. I mean who could ever think, that a man of God could be forfeiting fate in stealing? Well! Since no one sees him, while playing a fast unquestioned stealing, why not? Just like the rest of the equally yoked pastors, they call it God's blessings. One night Jake slept there, and he even discovered that there were demonic spirits, revolving around the premises of the abandoned church at night. This was the only time Jake came into the premises, climbing from the rare fence carefully out of sight, so no one could see him. Jake once had Biros's voice as if he was in a dream, but not asleep. He heard his voice communicating with some invisible people, who were not in physical forms I guess. Jake heard him say "This guy will kill me. Jake in the court room looked to the left, to see a young fair female lawyer sitting amidst the room. He never experienced bee being in court once, because many of his criminal attempts, had been the tides of getaway. Somehow, the consequences of all his criminal efforts suddenly, envelope him in a court scenario. Inside his mind, he knew there was no way he could escape the punishment of jail terms. The weapon he uses, for his protective measures, is fois, at the church premises where he mistakenly, chooses to hide out at night. Reality flashed, and Jake could think about nothing else except the uneasiness, he would get after leaving the courtroom, in the chains of the warder's punishment. The judge asked Jake to step out to the frontline chamber, Jake took a walk to the front line in submission, with chains in his hands. The judge asked him his name, MrJake, what's your name?", Jake responded. "I am James Smith". She furthered, "From your record here with me, are you a member of an association?", Jake looked at the fair woman's face, it was as if empathy welled up on her face towards him. Too ill for Jake to figure out, which of the association he was in while she questioned. If Jake had mentioned a supposed association of the GCIOBA he was in, maybe the case might have been that of intrusion, from the associated members. Recognizing the outbreaking news might cause, to the academic association for the case of weapon possession, he decided to mention the association of the writer he was in. The judge asked, "The name of any of the official members, she asked. Jake said, Wole Adedoyin! So the judge said, "Are you guilty of the crime you committed or not guilty? Jake knows the consequences of possessing ammunition, the judge never made mentioned verbally, but was stated in the case file. Made him answer guilty. On the other hand, after nailing himself, it remotely for him to think, they never found any implicating thing at the church premises, before his arrest. He knew he had hidden one of his weapons, placed in a polo Swiss black handbag, which he secretly placed behind the curtain walls, of the alter design in king symbol. It was a catapult sling with metal stones. The metal stone, made the outlook of his crime case more dangerous, to the police after he was reprimanded. This was where the journey to unpalatable experience, with the police and courtroom started. The police got Jake locked up for a week in their custody before Biro felt the need to press charges against him in court.
